Description
本発明は、前述した不都合に基づいて案出されたものであり、その目的は、弦の振動を圧電素子に効率良く伝達でき、各弦での音量のばらつきを抑制して音色や音質の向上を図ることができる電気弦楽器のピックアップ装置を提供することにある。
更に、本発明の他の目的は、弦高調整を行えるようにしつつ、下駒に伝達される振動ロスを抑制することができる電気弦楽器のピックアップ装置を提供することにある。
また、本発明の更に他の目的は、支持体と圧電素子との分解の容易化を図ることができる電気弦楽器のピックアップ装置を提供することにある。
前記弦を支持する振動体と、この振動体を支持して下駒に装着される支持体と、前記振動体を介して伝達される弦の振動を電気信号に変換する圧電素子とを含み、
前記圧電素子を振動体側に押さえ付ける押付力を付与可能な与圧付与部材を含み、当該与圧付与部材は、前記支持体側から振動体にねじ込まれるねじ部材により構成されて前記押付力が調整可能に設けられる、という構成を採っている。
しかも、与圧付与部材の押付力付与により、圧電素子を複数とした場合、各圧電素子におけるリードプレートとの接触状態の均一化を図ることができる。これにより、振動体底側における平滑度の精度が低くても、各圧電素子での発電作用の変化を防止でき、弦の相違によって音量にばらつきが生じることを回避することが可能となる。
なお、本明細書及び特許請求の範囲における方向若しくは位置的用語は、特に明示しない限り、図1及び図2を基準とする。
すなわち、本発明は、主に特定の実施形態に関して特に図示、説明されているが、本発明の技術的思想及び目的の範囲から逸脱することなく、以上説明した実施形態に対し、形状、位置若しくは配置等に関し、必要に応じて当業者が様々な変更を加えることができるものである。
従って、上記に開示した形状などを限定した記載は、本発明の理解を容易にするために例示的に記載したものであり、本発明を限定するものではないから、それらの形状などの限定の一部若しくは全部の限定を外した部材の名称での記載は、本発明に含まれるものである。
また、与圧付与部材19は、圧電素子18を振動体15側に押さえ付け可能な限りにおいて、ロッドと当該ロッドの進退を規制するロック機構とにより構成する等、種々の設計変更が可能である。
Claims (5)
- 電気弦楽器の下駒に装着されて弦の振動を電気信号に変換するピックアップ装置において、
前記弦を支持する振動体と、この振動体を支持して下駒に装着される支持体と、前記振動体を介して伝達される弦の振動を電気信号に変換する圧電素子とを含み、
前記圧電素子を振動体側に押さえ付ける押付力を付与可能な与圧付与部材を含み、当該与圧付与部材は、前記支持体側から振動体にねじ込まれるねじ部材により構成されて前記押付力が調整可能に設けられていることを特徴とする電気弦楽器のピックアップ装置。 - 前記支持体は、振動体を保持可能なフレーム部と、このフレーム部に固定されるとともに、前記下駒に載置可能に設けられたベース部とを備え、ベース部は、その下面を切削加工することで弦高さを調整可能とすることを特徴とする請求項1記載の電気弦楽器のピックアップ装置。
- 前記圧電素子は、導電性の接着剤によってプレート部材に接着された状態で、振動体と支持体との間に介在することを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の電気弦楽器のピックアップ装置。
- 前記支持体は位置決め用突起を備え、この位置決め用突起は、圧電素子における弦の並び方向の移動を規制可能に設けられていることを特徴とする請求項1、2又は3記載の電気弦楽器のピックアップ装置。
- 前記振動体は、その下面側に設けられるプリント基板を含み、このプリント基板は、振動体に着脱自在なコネクタを介してリード線に接続されていることを特徴とする請求項1ないし4の何れかに記載の電気弦楽器のピックアップ装置。
