Description

Claims (9)
- 基材(10)と複数の接着要素とを含み、当該接着要素が、茎部を経て当該基材(10)から離れる方向に延び、かつその自由端に頭部(2)を備えており、当該接着要素が、群(4)に分割可能であり、当該群(4)の各々において、複数の接着要素からなる接着要素群配列が形成されており、および、当該群において、当該接着要素を角とし、かつ接着要素対(6)と2つの当該接着要素群配列とを備えた仮想環状の不等辺六角形の形態で当該接着要素が配置されている機械式ファスナー部品であって、面ファスナーが操作されていないとき、当該接着要素群配列の頭部(2)が当該接着要素対を形成しており、および、当該接着要素対(6)に属さない接着要素の互いの間隔が、当該接着要素対(6)を形成している接着要素の互いの間隔よりも大きい、ことを特徴とする機械式ファスナー部品。
- 基材(10)と複数の接着要素とを含み、当該接着要素が、茎部を経て当該基材(10)から離れる方向に延び、かつその自由端に頭部(2)を備えており、当該接着要素が、群(4)に分割可能であり、当該群(4)の各々において、複数の接着要素からなる接着要素群配列が形成されており、および、当該群において、当該接着要素を角とし、かつ接着要素対(6)と2つの当該接着要素群配列とを備えた仮想環状の不等辺六角形の形態で当該接着要素が配置されている機械式ファスナー部品であって、当該接着要素が、少なくとも150個/cm2の充填密度で当該基材(10)に配置されており、および、当該接着要素対(6)に属さない接着要素の互いの間隔が、当該接着要素対(6)を形成している接着要素の互いの間隔よりも大きい、ことを特徴とする機械式ファスナー部品。
- 前記接着要素群配列が、前記不等辺六角形の短辺の角に位置する2つの接着要素から形成された接着要素対(6)を含む請求項1または2に記載のファスナー部品。
- 前記接着要素群配列が、前記不等辺六角形の長辺によって隔てられた3つの角に位置する3つの接着要素を含む請求項1または2に記載のファスナー部品。
- 前記接着要素が、茸頭の形態の頭部(2)を有する請求項1乃至4のいずれかに記載のファスナー部品。
- 前記接着要素が、アイソタクチックポリプロピレンで形成されている請求項1乃至5のいずれかに記載のファスナー部品。
- 前記基材(10)が、経糸(12)、緯糸、および、パイル糸(14)から、W織りの態様で形成されており、基布から突出するパイル糸(14)のループは切断され、こうして形成される糸端は、掛合体の形態の前記頭部(2)を有する接着要素を形成するために熱処理されている請求項1乃至6のいずれかに記載のファスナー部品。
- 前記経糸(12)と前記緯糸が、マルチフィラメントであり、かつモノフィラメントとして形成される前記パイル糸(14)が約0.20mmの直径を有する請求項7に記載のファスナー部品。
- 前記経糸(12)と前記緯糸が、それぞれ200dtexおよび110dtexを有し、かつ前記緯糸の緯糸密度が約23本/cmである請求項7または8に記載のファスナー部品。
