Claims (3)
- アクチュエータの作動により空気バネに対する圧縮空気の給排気を行う高さ制御弁と、前記空気バネに対して圧縮空気を給気することにより車体を傾斜させるための補助制御弁と、前記高さ制御弁及び補助制御弁の一方と前記空気バネとの接続を切り替えるバックアップ弁と、複数の車両が連結された列車の各車両毎に搭載され制御装置とを有し、
各車両毎に設けられた前記制御装置は、正常時には、搭載された車両の前記高さ制御弁を制御し、関係づけられた他の制御装置の異常を監視しており、関係づけられた複数の前記制御装置の一に異常が生じた時には、故障した制御装置の制御を停止し、他の正常な制御装置が故障した制御装置のある車両の前記バックアップ弁を制御するようにしたものであることを特徴とする鉄道車両の車体傾斜システム。 - 請求項1に記載する鉄道車両の車体傾斜システムにおいて、
列車に設けられた複数の前記制御装置は、前後の車両に設けられた前記制御装置同士の異常を監視し合うものであることを特徴とする鉄道車両の車体傾斜システム。 - 請求項1に記載する鉄道車両の車体傾斜システムにおいて、
低圧側の吸込タンクと高圧側の吐出タンクがモータポンプを介して接続され、左右の前記空気バネと前記吸込タンク及び吐出タンクが傾斜用制御弁を介して接続され、前記モータポンプの駆動により前記吸込タンクと吐出タンクに圧力差を生じさせ、前記傾斜用制御弁の切り替えにより、前記吐出タンクから左右の前記空気バネの一方へ圧縮空気を送り込み、他方の前記空気バネから前記吸込タンクへ圧縮空気を引き込むようにしたものであり、
前記制御装置は、正常時には前記傾斜用制御弁を制御し、異常が生じた場合には前記傾斜用制御弁の制御を停止するようにしたものであること特徴とする鉄道車両の車体傾斜システム。
