Description
Claims (6)
- 揺動式のスライド制御弁(1)を有する流量制御可能なセルポンプであって、
ポンプハウジング(2)に取り付けられた駆動軸(3)と、
上記駆動軸(3)に配設されたインナロータ(4)と、
上記スライド制御弁(1)に配設され、軸受シェル(6)が設けられた軸受用突起部(5)と、
上記軸受シェル(6)に配設される軸受要素と、
上記ポンプハウジング(2)上又はポンプハウジング(2)内で、上記軸受要素を受け入れる受入れシェル(7)と、
上記インナロータ(4)及び上記スライド制御弁(1)間に設けられたポンプ室(8)と、
上記ポンプハウジング(2)内におけるポンプ室(8)の両側に設けられ、吸引接続ソケット(9)に連通する吸引空間(10)と、
上記ポンプハウジング(2)内におけるポンプ室(8)の両側において上記各吸引空間に対してそれぞれ180°ずれた位置に設けられ、圧力接続ソケット(11)に連通する圧力空間(12)と、
上記スライド制御弁(1)に設けられたスライド制御弁アーム(13)と、
上記ポンプハウジング(2)及び上記スライド制御弁アーム(13)間に設けられ、上記スライド制御弁(1)を、ポンプ吐出流量が最大となる位置へ付勢する一つ又は複数の作動バネ(14)と、
上記ポンプハウジング(2)及びスライド制御弁(1)間に設けられる一つ又は複数の圧力制御室(15)と、を備え、
上記軸受要素は、流通開口(17)を有する軸受スリーブ(16)からなり、
上記軸受スリーブ(16)の流通開口(17)の両側には、流通室(19)がそれぞれ設けられており、
上記各流通室(19)は、上記スライド制御弁(1)の該各流通室と同じ側に配設された圧力空間(12)に対してそれぞれ直接接続されている一方、吸引側に配設された吸引空間(10)に対しては、該流通室(19)に隣接する組立品を介してシールされていることを特徴とするセルポンプ。 - 請求項1記載のセルポンプにおいて、
上記流通室(19)は、更に上記圧力制御室(15)に対してシールされていることを特徴とするセルポンプ。 - 請求項1記載のセルポンプにおいて、
上記吸引接続ソケット(9)は、流入流路(20)を介して、上記スライド制御弁(1)の一側の吸引空間(10)、及び、上記スライド制御弁(1)の他側の吸引空間(10)に接続されていることを特徴とするセルポンプ。 - 請求項1記載のセルポンプにおいて、
上記圧力接続ソケット(11)は、流出流路(21)を介して、上記スライド制御弁の一側の圧力空間(12)、及び、上記スライド制御弁の上記一側の流通室(19)に接続されていることを特徴とするセルポンプ。 - 請求項1記載のセルポンプにおいて、
上記圧力制御室(15)は、シール溝にてガイドされた一つ又は複数のシール片(22)を介して、上記スライド制御弁(1)の外周上に配設された流入流路(20)に対してシールされていることを特徴とするセルポンプ。 - 請求項1記載のセルポンプにおいて、
上記圧力制御室(15)は、ポンプ吐出圧を介した圧力制御を行うために、上記流通室(19)及び流出流路(21)の少なくとも一方と接続されていることを特徴とするセルポンプ。
