Description
本発明で使用するクマロン・インデン樹脂水分散体は、クマロン・インデン樹脂が有機溶剤を使用せずに水中に分散したものであればよく、特に限定されるものではないが、本発明者らが先に出願している特願2010−274545号明細書に記載のクマロン・インデン樹脂水分散体を好適に用いることができる。
アクリル樹脂としては、直鎖又は分岐のアルキル基を持つ(メタ)アクリル酸エステルの単独重合体又は共重合体を用いることができる。(メタ)アクリル酸エステルの具体例としては、(メタ)アクリル酸メチル、(メタ)アクリル酸エチル、(メタ)アクリル酸ブチル、(メタ)アクリル酸2−エチルヘキシル、(メタ)アクリル酸グリシジル、(メタ)アクリル酸2−ヒドロキシエチル等を挙げることができ、これらを単独で、又は二種以上を混合して用いることができる。これらの(メタ)アクリル酸エステルの他に、アクリル系重合体の接着特性を損なわない程度において、酢酸ビニル、スチレンのほか、分岐脂肪酸のビニルエステル、一例としてシェル社のVeoVa(商標)シリーズ等の共重合可能なモノマーや、高分子乳化剤に用いられる(メタ)アクリル酸以外のイオン性モノマーも併用できる。
本発明のアクリル樹脂粘着剤は、上記水性アクリル樹脂に、上記クマロン・インデン樹脂水分散体を粘着付与剤として配合することにより得られる。
本発明のアクリル樹脂粘着剤には、必要に応じて消泡剤、防腐剤、増粘剤、充填剤、酸化防止剤、耐水化剤、造膜助剤、光安定化剤等を使用することもできる。
下記表1に示す配合処方に従って、各配合成分を仕込んだ処方液3Lを混合撹拌した。この混合物をビーズミル(シンマルエンタープライゼス社製、横型湿式分散機 ダイノーミル、容量1.4L)を用いて、送液速度750mL/分、ディスク周速度8m/秒、及び0.5mmジルコニアビーズを50体積%充填した条件で2時間分散してクマロン・インデン樹脂の水分散体A〜Fを調製した。
[実施例1〜18]
粘着エラストマーとして水性アクリル樹脂((株)イーテック製、商品名 AE−200A、樹脂固形分51%)と粘着付与剤としてクマロン・インデン樹脂水分散体A〜Fとを表1に示した割合でそれぞれ混合し、アクリル樹脂粘着剤を得た。
水性アクリル樹脂と、粘着付与剤としてのクマロン・インデン樹脂水分散体の代わりにロジンエステル樹脂エマルションA(荒川化学工業(株)製、商品名 スーパーエステルNS−100H、固形分50%)、ロジンエステル樹脂エマルションB(荒川化学工業(株)製、商品名 スーパーエステルNS−121、固形分50%)、テルペンフェノール樹脂エマルション(荒川化学工業(株)製、商品名 タマノルE−200NT、固形分53%)をそれぞれ用いた以外は実施例1〜9と同様にして、アクリル樹脂粘着剤を得た。
(1)粘着テープの作成・粘着力の測定
実施例1〜18、比較例1〜9で得られたアクリル樹脂粘着剤を、厚さ100μmのポリエチレンテレフタレート(PET)フィルムにバーコーターを用いて、乾燥膜厚が15μm程度となるように塗布し、次いで105℃で15分間乾燥して粘着テープを作成した。得られた粘着テープにつき、以下の測定方法にて粘着力の測定を行なった。結果を表2及び表3に示す。
JIS Z 0237に準じて、粘着テープ(粘着面:幅25mm×長さ80mm)をSUS304鋼板(鏡面仕上げ)に貼り付けて試験片とし、同じくJIS Z 0237に準じて、気温23±2℃、剥離速度300±30mm/分、角度180°で引きはがし、その時の粘着力(N/25mm)を測定した。
実施例1〜18、比較例1〜9で得られたアクリル樹脂粘着剤を室温で1週間保管した後の状態を目視にて観察し、以下の基準で評価した。結果を表2及び表3に示す。

△:一部沈降または凝集が認められる
×:顕著に沈降または凝集が認められる
実施例1〜18、比較例1〜9で得られたアクリル樹脂粘着剤をマーロン型試験機にて荷重10kg、回転数1000rpmで5分間撹拌し、生成した凝集物を80メッシュの金網で濾過し、残渣を水洗後、乾燥し、その乾燥残渣の重量をアクリル樹脂粘着剤の固形分に対する重量%で示した。なお、得られた乾燥残渣が1.0%以下の場合、機械的安定性が良好と判断した。結果を表2及び表3に示す。
Claims (2)
- 粘着付与剤としてクマロン・インデン樹脂水分散体を用いたアクリル樹脂粘着剤であって、
前記クマロン・インデン樹脂水分散体が、モノマー成分としてクマロンおよびインデンを合計量で50重量%以上含み、常温で固形であるクマロン・インデン樹脂を界面活性剤の存在下で、湿式粉砕・分散法にて分散させた水分散体であり、前記界面活性剤として、下記一般式(I)で表される界面活性剤(a)及び下記一般式(II)で表される界面活性剤(b)を用いたことを特徴とするアクリル樹脂粘着剤。
上記一般式(II)において、R 2 は炭素数8〜15のアルキル基、炭素数8〜15のアルケニル基、及び下記一般式(III)〜(V)のいずれかで表される芳香族誘導体残基からなる群から選択された1種又は2種以上を示し、A 2 Oは炭素数2〜4のオキシアルキレン基を示し、qはアルキレンオキサイドの平均付加モル数であり、0〜100の数を示す。
