Claims (2)
- Feを主成分とし、Crを8〜15重量%、Mnを0.1〜1.0重量%含有するステンレス鋼を基材とする蒸気タービンの摺動部を有する部材において、
前記基材はその表面に、前記基材の成分であるCr,Mnを含む保護性の酸化皮膜を有し、この酸化皮膜の厚さが1μm以下であり、さらに前記酸化皮膜においてノジュール状にMn酸化物が生成されており、その他の部分にはCrリッチな酸化物が生成されていることを特徴とする蒸気タービンの摺動部を有する部材。 - 請求項1において、前記酸化皮膜の表面粗さRaが1.6a以下であることを特徴とする蒸気タービンの摺動部を有する部材。
