Abstract
Description
−屋外暴露試験
−気候変動試験
−熱衝撃試験/サイクル試験−300時間
−核分裂炉における高温ガス腐食試験。
本発明による構成部品に熱サイクル試験を行い、熱衝撃の動作条件は以下の通りであった:
1. 静止ロータを使用;
2. 2ターボチャージャ動作;
3. 試験持続時間:350時間(約2000サイクル);
4. 全試験中、ターボチャージャ内の排気ガスフラップは15℃開放したままである;
5. 高温:名目上の出力点T3=750℃、タービン側のターボチャージャ質量流:0.5kg/秒;
6. 低温:T3=100℃、タービン側のターボチャージャ質量流:0.5kg/秒;
7. サイクル持続時間:2×5分(10分);
8. 3つの中間ひび割れ試験の実施。

Claims (8)
- オーステナイトの基本構造および樹枝状の炭化物析出物を有する鉄ベース合金からなる、特にディーゼル機関におけるターボチャージャ用途のための調節可能なブレード。
- C:0.1〜2重量%、Cr:18〜43重量%、Ni:5〜15重量%、Mn:8〜16重量%、Si:≦1.3重量%、Nb:0.5〜4重量%、N:0.1〜3重量%、V:0.2〜2.0重量%、およびFeの成分を含む、請求項1に記載の調節可能なブレード。
- C:0.2〜1.0重量%、Cr:20〜32重量%;Ni:7〜14重量%、Mn:9〜14.5重量%、Si:≦1重量%、Nb:0.75〜3.5重量%、N:0.1〜1.0重量%、V:0.3〜1.6重量%、およびFeの成分を含む、請求項1に記載の調節可能なブレード。
- 前記鉄ベース合金にはシグマ相がない、請求項1に記載の調節可能なブレード。
- オーステナイトの基本構造および樹枝状の炭化物析出物を有する鉄ベース合金からなる調節可能なブレードを含む、特にディーゼル機関用の排気ターボチャージャ。
- 前記調節可能なブレードが、
C:0.1〜2重量%、Cr:18〜43重量%、Ni:5〜15重量%、Mn:8〜16重量%、Si≦1.3重量%、Nb:0.5〜4重量%、N:0.1〜3重量%、V:0.2〜2.0重量%、およびFeの成分を含む、請求項5に記載の排気ターボチャージャ。 - 前記調節可能なブレードが実質的に、
C:0.2〜1.0重量%、Cr:20〜32重量%、Ni:7〜14重量%、Mn:9〜14.5重量%、Si:≦1重量%、Nb:0.75〜3.5重量%、N:0.1〜1.0重量%、V:0.3〜1.6重量%、およびFeの成分を含む、請求項5に記載の排気ターボチャージャ。 - 前記調節可能なブレードの材料にはシグマ相がない、請求項5に記載の排気ターボチャージャ。
