Claims (18)
- リザーバから流体経路を通じて利用者の体内に流体を運搬するために、モータと前記リザーバに結合された少なくとも1つの駆動系コンポーネントとを有している、駆動機構を備えている注入ポンプ内の閉塞を検出するための方法であって、
注入流体を送達してから注入流体を次の送達する前までに、前記モータ又は前記駆動系コンポーネントのうち一の駆動系コンポーネントに関連するパラメータの一連の測定を行なう段階と、
重み係数を前記一連の測定の測定それぞれに適用し、これにより前記測定それぞれに対応する重み付けされた値を決定することによって、前記一連の測定の重み付けされた平均を計算すると共に、前記重み付けされた値の平均を計算する段階であって、前記一連の測定における最初の測定の後に前記測定それぞれに適用された前記重み係数が、その直前の測定のための重み係数より大きい段階と、
前記モータの駆動カウントを決定する段階と、
前記モータの前記駆動カウントに基づいて駆動カウント値を決定する段階と、
最大閾値法によって前記駆動カウント値に基づいて計算される最大閾値を計算する段階と、
前記重み付けされた平均と前記最大閾値とを比較する段階と、
前記重み付けされた平均が前記最大閾値より大きいか否かを判定することによって、前記注入ポンプの前記流体経路内において閉塞が発生しているか否かを判定する段階と、
を備えていることを特徴とする方法。 - 前記パラメータが力であり、

- 前記駆動カウント値が、前記モータの前記駆動カウントが駆動カウントの第1の範囲内にある場合にXであり、
前記駆動カウント値が、前記モータの前記駆動カウントが駆動カウントの第2の範囲内にある場合にYであり、
前記第1の範囲内にある前記駆動カウントが、前記第2の範囲内にある前記駆動カウントより小さく、
YがXより小さいことを特徴とする請求項8に記載の注入ポンプ。 - 前記コントローラが、前記駆動カウント値に所定の変換値を乗算することによって前記最大閾値を計算することを特徴とする請求項8に記載の注入ポンプ。
- 前記コントローラが、前記重み付けされた値を計算する前に、前記一連の測定をフィルタリングすることによって、最大の測定結果及び最小の測定結果を除去し、
前記一連の測定が、少なくとも3つの測定結果を含んでいることを特徴とする請求項8に記載の注入ポンプ。 - 前記コントローラが、前記重み付けされた値を計算する前に、前記一連の想定をフィルタリングすることによって少なくとも3つの測定結果を除去し、
