Description
本発明は、概して、安定なS−(+)−アブシジン酸(S−ABA)の液体および可溶性顆粒製剤に関する。安定な液状製剤は、概して、酸化防止剤および紫外線吸収剤の有効量をS−(+)−アブシジン酸に加えることにより得られる。
本発明は、安定な−(S)−(+)−アブシジン酸の液体および可溶性顆粒製剤に関しならびに2−シス,4−トランス−(S)−アブシジン酸の貯蔵および光安定性を向上させるためのこれらの製剤の使用法に関する。特に、本発明は、少なくとも1種の酸化防止剤および紫外線(UV)吸収剤の有効量を製剤に加えることを含む、2−シス,4−トランス−(S)−アブシジン酸の貯蔵安定性および光化学的安定性を向上させる方法に関する。
S−ABAはS−(+)−アブシジン酸、PGRであり;
6−BAは6−ベンジルアデニン、PGRであり;
CPPUはN−(2−クロロ−4−ピリジニル)−N−フェニルウレア、PGRであり;
UV吸収剤は紫外線吸収剤であり;
TBHQは三級ブチルヒドロキノン、酸化防止剤であり;
Tenox PGは没食子酸プロピル、酸化防止剤であり;
BP−3はベンゾフェノン−3、UV吸収剤であり;
Escalol(登録商標)567はベンゾフェノン−3、ISP Inc.から入手できるUV吸収剤であり;
Escalol(登録商標)557は、ISP Inc.から入手できるUV吸収剤、エチルヘキシルメトキシシンナメートであり;
Tomadol(登録商標)1−7は、Tomah Products,Inc.から入手できる非イオン性界面活性剤溶解剤、C11アルコールエトキシレートであり;
Maltrin(登録商標)M100はアイオワ州マスカティーンのGrain Processing Corp.から入手できる、10%デキストロースと等価のマロデキストリン粉末であり;
Aerosol(登録商標)OT−Bは85%ジオクチルスルホスクシネートナトリウムの粉末であり;
Monawet(登録商標)MO84R2Wは、プロピレングリコール溶媒中の84%ジオクチルスルホスクシネートナトリウムアニオン性湿潤剤であり;
Brij97は、10モルEOを有するオレイルエーテルポリオキシエチレン非イオン性界面活性剤であり;
Brij98は、20モルEOを有するオレイルエーテルポリオキシエチレン非イオン性界面活性剤であり;
Tween20は、20モルEOを有するソルビタンモノラウレートポリオキシエチレン非イオン性界面活性剤であり;
PEG300または400は、300または400の平均分子量のポリエチレングリコールであり;
GA3 techは90%ジベレリン酸の粉末、植物成長調節因子(PGR)であり;
6−BA techは、99%6−BAの粉末、植物成長調節因子(PGR)であり;
CPPU techは、98%CPPUの粉末、植物成長調節因子(PGR)であり;および
GA4A7 techは、90%GA4A7の粉末、植物成長調節因子(PGR)である。
UV吸収剤および酸化防止剤(表3を参照)を含むおよび含まない5種の1%S−ABA液状製剤について光化学安定性試験を、1000ワットのランプ(HI−TEK(登録商標)Lightning)の下、温室内で実施した。全ての製剤を、脱イオン水を用いて50から60ppmのS−ABAまで希釈し、きれいなガラス瓶中に貯蔵した。6、25および48時間の露光時間後にHPLC分析を実施し、表4に示すように、2−シス,4−トランスおよび2−トランス,4−トランス−(S)−ABA濃度を測定した。
GA3、6−BA、CPPUおよびGA4A7のような、他の植物成長調節因子(PGR)とS−ABAとを併用した予備混合液状製剤を、表7に示すような新規用途のために開発した。2種のPGRの共同作用は、S−ABAの生物学的作用および性能を向上しおよび拡大し得る。
表9に示すような低圧押し出し法により、10%および20%S−ABA可溶性顆粒製剤が、水溶性ショ糖または乳糖希釈剤または賦形剤を用いて開発された。低圧押し出し法は以下のように実施した。
Claims (4)
- a)2−シス,4−トランス−(S)−アブシジン酸粉末;
b)乳糖粉末またはショ糖粉末;
c)ジオクチルスルホスクシネートナトリウム湿潤剤;および
d)バインダー
を含む、可溶性2−シス,4−トランス−(S)−アブシジン酸顆粒製剤。 - 前記バインダーが、デキストロース当量10のマルトデキストリン粉末である、請求項1に記載の製剤。
- C18アルコールエトキシレート界面活性剤を更に含む、請求項2に記載の製剤。
- a)2−シス,4−トランス−(S)−アブシジン酸粉末を、ジオクチルスルホスクシネートナトリウムの存在下で、乳糖またはショ糖粉末およびマルトデキストリン粉末と配合し、乾燥配合物を形成する工程;
b)配合物を、C18アルコールエトキシレート界面活性剤溶液を用いて湿潤させる工程;
c)工程(b)の配合物を、押し出しに適した均一なペーストに混合する工程;
d)工程(c)のペーストを、およそ均一なサイズの微細なペレットに押し出す工程;および
e)工程(d)のペレットを、1%未満の水分まで乾燥する工程
を含む、可溶性2−シス,4−トランス−(S)−アブシジン酸顆粒製剤の製造方法。
