Description
回転工具と被加工歯車とを噛み合せ、これらを同期回転させることにより、被加工歯車に歯車加工を行う歯車加工方法であって、
被加工歯車の諸元に基づいて、被加工歯車を回転させる回転テーブルの目標テーブル回転位相と、当該目標テーブル回転位相に対応する前記回転工具の被加工歯車への目標切り込み量とを設定し、
前記回転テーブルに対する被加工歯車の偏心量及び回転位相差に基づいて、前記回転テーブルのテーブル回転位相補正量を求め、前記目標テーブル回転位相に前記テーブル回転位相補正量を加味した実テーブル回転位相で前記回転テーブルを回転させ、
前記偏心量、前記回転位相差、及び、前記実テーブル回転位相に基づいて、前記回転工具の切り込み補正量を求め、前記目標切り込み量に前記切り込み補正量を加味した実切り込み量で前記回転工具を被加工歯車に切り込ませる
ことを特徴とする。

なお、Dpはワーク諸元の一要素であるワークピッチ円直径である。また、δxはワーク偏心量δのX軸方向成分を示したものであって、δx=δ・cos(Co+φ)となる。

Claims (1)
- 回転工具と被加工歯車とを噛み合せ、これらを同期回転させることにより、被加工歯車に歯車加工を行う歯車加工方法であって、
被加工歯車の諸元に基づいて、被加工歯車を回転させる回転テーブルの目標テーブル回転位相と、当該目標テーブル回転位相に対応する前記回転工具の被加工歯車への目標切り込み量とを設定し、
前記回転テーブルに対する被加工歯車の偏心量及び回転位相差に基づいて、前記回転テーブルのテーブル回転位相補正量を求め、前記目標テーブル回転位相に前記テーブル回転位相補正量を加味した実テーブル回転位相で前記回転テーブルを回転させ、
前記偏心量、前記回転位相差、及び、前記実テーブル回転位相に基づいて、前記回転工具の切り込み補正量を求め、前記目標切り込み量に前記切り込み補正量を加味した実切り込み量で前記回転工具を被加工歯車に切り込ませる
ことを特徴とする歯車加工方法。
