Description
円弧状の歯形を有する内歯車と、前記歯形の円弧形状に対応した刃形を有する樽形のねじ状砥石とを、所定の第1軸交差角を与えた状態で噛み合わせて、同期回転させることにより、前記内歯車を前記ねじ状砥石によって研削する内歯車研削方法であって、
前記ねじ状砥石との間で、所定の第2軸交差角が与えられた状態で噛み合って、前記内歯車のワーク回転軸と同軸上に配置されるドレスギヤ回転軸周りに同期回転することにより、前記ねじ状砥石をドレッシングする内歯車状のドレスギヤを備え、
研削時の前記第1軸交差角を、ドレス時の前記第2軸交差角よりも小さくする
ことを特徴とする。

Claims (1)
- 円弧状の歯形を有する内歯車と、前記歯形の円弧形状に対応した刃形を有する樽形のねじ状砥石とを、所定の第1軸交差角を与えた状態で噛み合わせて、同期回転させることにより、前記内歯車を前記ねじ状砥石によって研削する内歯車研削方法であって、
前記ねじ状砥石との間で、所定の第2軸交差角が与えられた状態で噛み合って、前記内歯車のワーク回転軸と同軸上に配置されるドレスギヤ回転軸周りに同期回転することにより、前記ねじ状砥石をドレッシングする内歯車状のドレスギヤを備え、
研削時の前記第1軸交差角を、ドレス時の前記第2軸交差角よりも小さくする
ことを特徴とする内歯車研削方法。
