Claims (4)
- 内周に複列の外側軌道面が形成された外方部材と、一端に車輪取付フランジを有すると共に外周に複列の内側軌道面を有し、ハブ輪と内輪からなる内方部材と、前記外方部材の外側軌道面と内方部材の内側軌道面との間に介装された複列の転動体とを備え、前記ハブ輪の軸孔に等速自在継手の外側継手部材から延びるステム部を圧入してスプライン嵌合させた駆動車輪用軸受装置において、前記外側継手部材の肩部と前記内方部材の端部との対向面間に、摺動特性を有する環状プレートを介在させ、前記環状プレートの内径に爪状の突起を設けると共に、前記突起の内方端部を前記内方部材の端部へ向けて屈曲させた形状とし、前記環状プレートの突起の部分での内径を前記環状プレートの内径が嵌まり込む部分の外径よりも大きくすると共に、前記環状プレートの突起以外の部分での内径を突起の部分での内径よりも大きくしたことを特徴とする駆動車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記外側継手部材の肩部に、前記環状プレートの内径が嵌まり込む凹溝を形成した請求項1に記載の駆動車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記凹溝の入口部分の外径を前記環状プレートの突起の部分での内径よりも大きくした請求項2に記載の駆動車輪用軸受装置。
- 前記凹溝の溝底部分の軸方向長さを前記環状プレートの肉厚よりも大きくした請求項2又は3に記載の駆動車輪用軸受装置。
