Claims (10)
- 少なくとも1つのコークス炉炭化室、これに対して側方に配置された垂直の排ガスダクト(ダウンカマー)ならびにコークス炉炭化室を間接的に加熱するための水平にかつコークス炉炭化室の下方に配置された底部ダクトを包含する水平構造におけるコークス炉(非/熱回収型)において、
コークス炉炭化室の内壁の少なくとも一部が二次的な加熱面として、該内壁が高放射性コーティング(HEB)でコーティングされていることによって形成されており、その際、この高放射性コーティングの放射率が0.9以上であり、
前記HEBが、物質Cr2O3またはFe2O3から成るか、またはこれらの物質を含有する混合物から成り、その際、Fe2O3の割合は、混合物中で少なくとも25質量%であり、かつCr2O3の割合は、混合物中で少なくとも20質量%であり、
前記HEBが、さらにSiCを少なくとも20質量%の割合で含有することを特徴とする、水平構造におけるコークス炉。 - 前記HEBが、さらに1つまたは複数の無機バインダーを含有することを特徴とする、請求項1記載のコークス炉。
- 前記HEBの内容成分の粒径が15μm以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2記載のコークス炉。
- コークス炉炭化室の下方に水平に延びている煙道ガスダクトの壁が全体的にまたは部分的に高放射性コーティング(HEB)でコーティングされていることを特徴とする、請求項1、2または3記載のコークス炉。
- コークス炉の規定に従った運転において固形物の充填に用いることが予定されていないガス室内で、同様に請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のHEB物質から成る1つまたは複数の発熱体(第三の発熱体)が配置されていることを特徴とする、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項記載のコークス炉。
- 第三の発熱体が任意の形状を有し、かつ理想的には吊り下げリブまたは吊り下げ壁として形作られており、その際、これらの第三の発熱体は、開口部または部分的に開いた構造を有してよいことを特徴とする、請求項5記載のコークス炉。
- 第三の発熱体が、取り外し可能な形で適したホルダーに掛けられえ、その際、該ホルダーは、コークス炉炭化室の壁および/または天井に取り付けられていることを特徴とする、請求項5または6記載のコークス炉。
- 第三の発熱体によってコークス炉炭化室が区分的に分けられる場合、これらの区分の各々に空気供給管が導き入れられ、かつこれらの区分の各々から1つまたは2つの排ガスダクト(ダウンカマー)が導き出されることを特徴とする、請求項5から7までのいずれか1項記載のコークス炉。
- 請求項1から8までのいずれか1項記載の、1つまたは複数のコークス炉の使用下でのコークスの製造法。
- 炭化を1000〜1400℃の平均炉室温度で実施することを特徴とする、請求項9記載の方法。
