Description
前記バルブボディの内部に変位自在に設けられ、前記ポートの連通状態を切り換える弁体と、
前記バルブボディに連結され、電流又は作動流体の供給作用下に前記弁体を軸方向に沿って変位させる駆動部と、
前記弁体と前記バルブボディとの間に設けられ、可撓性を有したシート状のダイヤフラムと、
前記ダイヤフラムを前記弁体に対して変位自在に保持する保持手段と、
を備え、
前記保持手段は、前記弁体の外周面に形成され、前記ダイヤフラムの内縁部が挿入される溝部からなり、前記ダイヤフラムの内縁部には、前記溝部の内壁面側に向かって突出した突部が形成され、前記突部を介して前記内壁面に当接し、前記突部は、前記溝部における内周側の内壁面に当接する第1突部と、前記弁体の変位方向となる一方の内壁面に当接する第2突部と、前記弁体の変位方向となる他方の内壁面に当接する第3突部とを有し、前記第1突部が前記溝部に対して常に当接し、前記第2及び第3突部は、前記弁体の変位方向によっていずれか一方が前記溝部に対して当接すると共に、前記ダイヤフラムの外縁部が、前記バルブボディに固定され、前記内縁部が前記弁体の前記溝部に対して変位自在に挿入されることを特徴とする。

Claims (5)
- 圧力流体を供給・排気するポートを有したバルブボディと、
前記バルブボディの内部に変位自在に設けられ、前記ポートの連通状態を切り換える弁体と、
前記バルブボディに連結され、電流又は作動流体の供給作用下に前記弁体を軸方向に沿って変位させる駆動部と、
前記弁体と前記バルブボディとの間に設けられ、可撓性を有したシート状のダイヤフラムと、
前記ダイヤフラムを前記弁体に対して変位自在に保持する保持手段と、
を備え、
前記保持手段は、前記弁体の外周面に形成され、前記ダイヤフラムの内縁部が挿入される溝部からなり、前記ダイヤフラムの内縁部には、前記溝部の内壁面側に向かって突出した突部が形成され、前記突部を介して前記内壁面に当接し、前記突部は、前記溝部における内周側の内壁面に当接する第1突部と、前記弁体の変位方向となる一方の内壁面に当接する第2突部と、前記弁体の変位方向となる他方の内壁面に当接する第3突部とを有し、前記第1突部が前記溝部に対して常に当接し、前記第2及び第3突部は、前記弁体の変位方向によっていずれか一方が前記溝部に対して当接すると共に、前記ダイヤフラムの外縁部が、前記バルブボディに固定され、前記内縁部が前記弁体の前記溝部に対して変位自在に挿入されることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のバルブにおいて、
前記弁体の変位方向に沿った前記溝部の幅寸法が前記内縁部の厚さ寸法に対して等しく、又は、大きく設定されることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1記載のバルブにおいて、
前記第2及び第3突部は、前記弁体の変位方向によっていずれか一方が前記第1突部を支点として変位することを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記突部は、断面円弧状に形成されることを特徴とするバルブ。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載のバルブにおいて、
前記突部は、断面三角形状に形成されることを特徴とするバルブ。
