Description
(1)多点係留(conventional multi-buoy mooring)(CMBM)システム。このシステムでは、ライザー(riser)が、海洋構造物から下方のパイプラインまで直接通っており、支持ブイが、ホースの長さに沿って間隔を置いて配置されている。
(2)単一点係留塔(single tower mono-mooring)(STM)システム。このシステムでは、1棟の係留塔が、海底に固定され、海面に延在している。係留塔は、海面からパイプラインまで延在するライザーを支持する。ホース又は他のパイプが、海洋構造物から延び、係留塔の頂部においてホースの端部に連結されることが可能である。
(3)単錨係留(single anchor-leg mooring)(SALM)システム。このシステムでは、ブイは、海洋構造物に近接して配置されており、海底上又は海底近傍に配置された連結ユニットに取り付けられ、それを支持している。ライザーは、海洋構造物から連結ユニット、次いで連結ユニットからパイプラインまで延びている。別のパイプセクションが、連結ユニットからパイプラインまで通っている。
(4)懸垂式錨係留(catenary anchor-leg mooring)(CALM)システム。このシステムでは、ブイは、海洋構造物に近接して配置されている。ライザーは、ブイから、たいてい海底上又は海底近傍に配置される水中連結ユニットまで通っている。別のパイプセクションが、連結ユニットからパイプラインまで通っている。ホース又は他のパイプは、海洋構造物から延び、ブイにおいてホースの端部に連結されることが可能である。「スティープS(Steep S)」システム、「レイジーS(Lazy S)」システム及び「チャイニーズランタン(Chinese Lantern)」システムを含む、CALMシステムの様々な構成が存在している。
(1)ゴム製のライニング層。
(2)渦巻状に付着された高強度鋼又はポリマー強化コードの複数の補強層-これらは圧力及び外部負荷に対する耐性をもたらす。
(3)ゴム基材(matrix)内に埋め込まれた、補強層外側のらせん形の鋼ワイヤ。
(4)渦巻状に付着された高強度鋼又はポリマー強化コードの更なる補強層。
(5)ゴムカバー。
(1)耐破壊性のための内部ステンレス鋼金属カーカス。
(2)たとえばポリエチレン又はポリアミドなどの熱可塑性物質製のライニング層。
(3)渦巻状に付着された高強度鋼ワイヤの複数の補強層-これらは圧力及び外部負荷に対する耐性をもたらす。
(4)渦巻状に付着された断熱材の任意選択の層。
(5)たとえばポリエチレン又はポリアミドなどの適切な熱可塑性材料製の外側カバー。
(1)INVAR(登録商標)として知られているニッケル合金でライニングされた(lined with)従来の海底パイプの使用。
(2)水圧に耐えるように構造的に補強された従来の極低温貨物ホースの使用。
(3)2つの同心の金属管の使用を基本的に伴うパイプインパイプ(pipe-in-pipe)構造。
(4)一般的には高ニッケル合金、オーステナイトステンレス鋼及び/又はアルミニウムである、断熱された硬質のパイプセクションの配置。
Claims (12)
- a. 極低温の温度に耐えることができる材料から形成されている管状本体を含む、内側管状構造であって、
i) らせん状内側把持部材;
ii) 該内側把持部材の上に重なり、かつ管状形態に巻かれた材料のシートから形成される、内側補強層;
iii) 該内側補強層の上に重なる密閉層;
iv) 管形状で提供される材料のシートから形成された管状のブレードとして構成され、かつ該ホースの長さに沿って延在する複数の軸方向強化ストリップを含む、軸方向強化手段;
v) 該軸方向強化手段の上に重なり、かつ管状形態に巻かれた材料のシートから形成される、外側補強層;
vi) 該外側補強層の上に重なる、らせん状外側把持部材;及び
vii) 該外側把持部材と該密閉層との間に配設される断熱層;
を含む、前記内側管状構造、並びに
b. ゴム層と該ゴム層の周りに配設された補強層とを含む外管;
を含むホースであって、
該内側管状構造が、該内側管状構造内を流れる極低温流体の低温から該外管を保護するのに十分な断熱特性を有し、該内側管状構造が、該ホースの屈曲中、該外管に対して移動可能である、前記ホース。 - 前記外側把持部材の上に重なる断熱層を更に含む、請求項1記載のホース。
- 前記断熱層が、対向する長手方向の端部を有する断熱材料製の細長部材を備え、該細長部材が、該層の該対向する長手方向の端部が隣接する又は重なり合う配置になるように前記管状本体の周りにらせん状に巻かれており、各々の長手方向の端部が、該対向する長手方向の端部上の、協働する構造と相互係合することができる構造を含む、請求項2記載のホース。
- 前記断熱層が、玄武岩繊維から形成された布を含む、請求項2又は3記載のホース。
- 前記内側管状構造の各々の端部に配設されたエンドフィッティングを更に含む、請求項1〜4のいずれか記載のホース。
- 流体を水面上海洋構造物から水面下海洋構造物に輸送するためのシステムであって、該水面上海洋構造物から該水面下海洋構造物に、又は該水面下海洋構造物から該水面上海洋構造物に該流体が流れることができるように該水面上海洋構造物及び該水面下海洋構造物に動作可能に連結されたライザーを備え、該ライザーの少なくとも一部が、請求項1〜5のいずれか一項に定義されたホースから形成される、前記システム。
- 水面に配置されたブイを更に備え、前記ライザーが、該ブイから前記水面下海洋構造物に延びており、該ブイによって支持される、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記ライザーが、前記水面上海洋構造物から前記水面下海洋構造物に直接延びている、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 水面ブイが、海底に配置された水面下連結器に取り付けられ、前記ホースが、前記水面上海洋構造物から前記水面下連結器に直接延びている、請求項6記載のシステム。
- 前記水面上海洋構造物が、船又は浮遊式プラットフォームである、請求項6〜9のいずれか一項記載のシステム。
- 前記水面下海洋構造物が、海底パイプラインである、請求項6〜10のいずれか一項記載のシステム。
- -100℃の温度を有する流体を輸送する方法であって、請求項1〜8のいずれか一項記載のホースを使用して該流体を水面上海洋構造物から水面下海洋構造物に運搬することを含む、前記方法。
