Description
Claims (14)
- 複合型後輪車軸用の管状の横方向ストラットであって、
一対の管状端部と、
変形されたトーション部分と、
前記管状端部と前記トーション部分の間の一対の中間部分とを備え、
前記中間部分の各々は、外皮部分と内皮部分を含み、
前記内皮部分は、前記管状端部から前記トーション部分まで移行し、
各中間部分の前記内皮部分は、概ね凹状形状を画定し、前記凹状形状は隆起した輪郭に続き、また、前記トーション部分に到達するまで下方へ傾く急勾配が凹状形状に続き、これによりタング形輪郭を呈する、横方向ストラット。 - 前記横方向ストラットの前記中間部分は、前記タング形輪郭の長さよりも長い、請求項1に記載の横方向ストラット。
- 前記タング形輪郭は、長手方向断面で、凸状輪郭を画定する請求項1又は2に記載の横方向ストラット。
- 前記中間部分の前記外皮部分は、全体的に半円筒形状を維持する、請求項1乃至3の何れか1項に記載の横方向ストラット。
- 前記中間部分の前記内皮部分の前記タング形輪郭は、前記管状端部と前記トーション部分の間に配置される、請求項1乃至4の何れか1項に記載の横方向ストラット。
- 前記中間部分の内皮部分は、全体的に、長手方向軸線に向かって前記管状端部から長手方向軸線に対して60乃至75の降下角度の凹んだ形状をたどる、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の横方向ストラット。
- 降下角度は、前記内皮部分が前記長手方向軸線まで延びる前に減少する、請求項6に記載の横方向ストラット。
- 前記降下角度は、長手方向軸線から約8から15度まで減少する、請求項7に記載の横方向ストラット。
- 長手方向軸線の真下で、前記内皮部分は、前記トーション部分に到達するまで、約65から85の角度で降下する、請求項8に記載の横方向ストラット。
- 前記タング形輪郭は、凹み部を画定する、請求項9に記載の横方向ストラット。
- 前記凹み部は、約3mmの深さを有する、請求項10に記載の横方向ストラット。
- 前記中間部分の前記内皮部分は、第1の傾斜角度で前記管状端部から移行し、前記第1の傾斜角度よりも小さい第2の傾斜角度で前記タング形輪郭に移行し、前記タング形輪郭は、前記トーション部分に移行する前記第2の傾斜角度よりも大きい第3の傾斜角度に移行する、請求項1乃至5の何れか1項に記載の横方向ストラット。
- 前記トーション部分は、U字形又はV字形断面の何れか一方を有する、請求項1乃至12の何れか1項に記載の横方向ストラット。
- 車両用の後輪車軸組立体であって、
一対の長手方向制御アームと、
一対の、バネと緩衝器の組み合わせと、
前記長手方向制御アームを相互に連結する管状横方向ストラットとを備え、
前記管状横方向ストラットは、一対の管状端部と、変形されたトーション部分と、前記管状端部と前記トーション部分の間の一対の中間部分とを備え、
前記中間部分の各々は、外皮部分と内皮部分を有し、
各中間部分の前記内皮部分は、概ね凹状形状を画定し、前記凹状形状は隆起した輪郭に続き、また、前記トーション部分に到達するまで下方へ傾く急勾配が凹状形状に続き、これによりタング形輪郭を呈する後輪車軸組立体。
