Claims (5)
- 外ケース(2)に形成した筒状収納部(3)の内部に扁平チューブ(4)を収納し、前記扁平チューブ(4)の内外に熱交換せんとする流体をそれぞれ流すことで、流体相互の熱交換を行うようにした熱交換器(1)において、
前記扁平チューブ(4)の周壁を表面積の拡大形状に形成し、その扁平チューブ(4)の周壁外周面を前記筒状収納部(3)の内面に接しさせ、その内面に接した前記筒状収納部(3)の内周面に扁平チューブ(4)の外側でその筒状収納部(3)長さ方向全長に沿って流体を流す流体通路(5)を設け、この流体通路(5)を並列する多数本の流体整流溝(5a)によって形成したことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 上記外ケース(2)が、重なり状態で結合する下部外筒(2a)と上部外筒(2b)の二つ割構造となり、上記扁平チューブ(4)が納まる筒状収納部(3)が、下部外筒(2a)と上部外筒(2b)の重なり面にそれぞれ設けた凹溝(12、13)によって形成され、上記流体通路(5)が、前記両凹溝(12、13)の底面に設けた並列する多数本の流体整流溝(5a)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 上記外ケース(2)が、パイプを用いたケース本体(21)と、筒体を二つ割にした構造を有し、前記ケース本体(21)内に組み込まれた一対の流路形成部材(22)で形成され、その両流路形成部材(22)の対向面間に形成された凹溝(12、13)で上記扁平チューブ(4)が納まる筒状収納部(3)を形成し、上記流体通路(5)が、前記両凹溝(12、13)の底面に設けた並列する多数本の流体整流溝(5a)によって形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の熱交換器。
- 上記扁平チューブ(4)の周壁に形成した表面積の拡大形状が、長さ方向に連続する螺旋状の波形、長さ方向に連続する波形、幅方向に連続する断面形状の波形、幅方向に所定の間隔で長さ方向に並列するよう外面に突設したフィンの何れか一つであることを特徴とする請求項1乃至3の何れかに記載の熱交換器。
- 上記扁平チューブ(4)を収納した外ケース(2)の両端に流体の給排用ヘッド(7、8)が水密状に固定され、この給排用ヘッド(7、8)に設けた一方流体の給排路が扁平チューブ(4)内の流通路と連通し、他方流体の給排路が外ケース(2)の流体通路と連通していることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4の何れかに記載の熱交換器。
