Claims (6)
- 複数の尾根(7)と谷(8)とからなる波形パターンを有している熱伝達面(6)と熱交換器プレートの端と前記熱伝達面との間に配置された複数のポートホールとを備えている熱交換器プレート(1)であって、
前記複数のポートホールのうちの第1のポートホール(2)と前記熱伝達面(6)との間に配置され、流体の整えられた流れが横切る、開かれた分配領域(11)と、
前記複数のポートホールのうちの第2のポートホール(5)と前記熱伝達面(6)との間に配置され、流体の流れが遮られる、閉じられた領域(12)と、を有し、
前記開かれた分配領域(11)は、開かれた溝(13)と、前記開かれた溝(13)と前記熱伝達面(6)との間に配置されている開かれた分配支持部分(14)と、前記開かれた溝(13)と前記第1のポートホール(2)との間に配置されている開かれた支持部分(15)と、を有し、
前記閉じられた領域(12)は、閉じられた溝(16)と、前記閉じられた溝(16)と前記熱伝達面(6)との間に配置されている閉じられた分配支持部分(17)と、前記閉じられた溝(16)と前記第2のポートホール(5)との間に配置されている閉じられた支持部分(18)と、を有する熱交換器プレートにおいて、
前記開かれた分配支持部分(14)と前記熱伝達面(6)との間の伝達経路(21)と、前記閉じられた分配支持部分(17)と前記熱伝達面(6)との間のバイパス経路(22)と、をさらに有し、
前記バイパス経路は、前記熱伝達面を横切る流体の分配を均一にするため、前記開かれた分配領域(11)から前記熱伝達面の一部を越えて前記流体の一部を前記熱伝達面の他の部分に供給するように配置されていることを特徴とする、熱交換器プレート。 - 前記バイパス経路(22)は前記伝達経路(21)よりも広い、請求項1に記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記伝達経路(21)は前記バイパス経路(22)よりも前記第1のポートホール(2)に近い、請求項1または2に記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記伝達経路(21)と前記バイパス経路(22)は前記波形パターンのプレス深さの半分の高さを有している、請求項1から3のいずれかに記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 前記熱伝達面(6)の前記波形パターンの角度は、前記熱交換器プレートの長さ方向の軸線(9)に対して20度から70度である、請求項1から4のいずれかに記載の熱交換器プレート。
- 請求項1から5のいずれかに記載の複数の熱交換器プレート(1)を有する熱交換器。
