Claims (6)
- 米飯を含むフィリングが、小麦粉と水を主要な原料とする柔軟な外皮で包まれており、前記外皮にはわさびまたは梅肉または抹茶の風味が付与されており、さらに、前記外皮は前記フィリングと一体に焼き上げられたことを特徴とする、携帯可能食品。
- 前記外皮の投影形状は、長辺と短辺の長さ比が3:2以上の略長方形である、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の携帯可能食品。
- 前記外皮の投影形状は、長軸と短軸の長さ比が3:2以上の略楕円形である、ことを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の携帯可能食品。
- 前記フィリングには、少なくとも乾燥重量で50重量%以上の米を含む、ことを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項3のいずれか1の請求項に記載の携帯可能食品。
- 前記フィリングは炊き込みご飯であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1の請求項に記載の携帯可能食品。
- 前記フィリングはすし飯であることを特徴とする、請求項1乃至請求項4のいずれか1の請求項に記載の携帯可能食品。
