Description
本発明の第1実施形態について説明する。図1は、本発明の第1実施形態が適用された車両用制動制御装置1が搭載されるハイブリッド車両の各機能のブロック構成を示したものである。
本発明の第2実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第1実施形態に対して差圧指示値の補正量の設定方法を変更したものであり、その他に関しては第1実施形態と同様であるため、第1実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明する。
本発明の第3実施形態について説明する。本実施形態は、第2実施形態に対して差圧指示値の補正量の設定方法を変更したものであり、その他に関しては第2実施形態と同様であるため、第2実施形態と異なる部分についてのみ説明する。
(1)上記各実施形態では、液圧ブレーキ装置と回生ブレーキ装置80との協調制御を行う車両用制動制御装置について説明したが、M/C13内からブレーキ液を吸出してM/C圧よりもW/C圧が高くなるようにポンプ加圧を行うようなブレーキ制御を行う車両用制動制御装置1に対して本発明を適用できる。このような車両用制動制御装置1において、第1、第2差圧制御弁16、36のような差圧制御弁の差圧を制御する差圧制御を実行してW/C圧を変化させる場合に、差圧変化量に基づいて差圧指示出力の補正量である差圧指示補正量を算出し、これに基づいて補正した差圧指示出力を発生させるようにする。
Claims (5)
- ドライバがブレーキ操作部材(11)を操作することによるブレーキ操作量に応じたブレーキ液圧を発生させるマスタシリンダ(13)と、前記マスタシリンダと主管路(A、E)によって接続され、発生した液圧によって制動力を発生させるホイールシリンダ(14、15、34、35)と、前記主管路に設けられ、前記マスタシリンダと前記ホイールシリンダとの液圧差である差圧を発生させる差圧制御弁(16、36)と、前記差圧制御弁と前記マスタシリンダとの間からブレーキ液を吸出し、前記差圧制御弁と前記ホイールシリンダとの間に吐出して前記ホイールシリンダのブレーキ液圧の加圧を行うポンプ(19、39)と、を有する液圧ブレーキ装置と、
前記ポンプを作動させると共に、前記差圧制御弁に対して差圧指示出力を送ることで、当該差圧指示出力に対応する差圧を発生させる差圧制御を実行する差圧制御手段(100〜150、200〜280、300〜360)を有し、
前記差圧制御手段は、前記差圧制御中に前記差圧制御弁が発生させる差圧を増加する際に、当該差圧増加量に基づいて前記差圧指示出力の補正量である差圧指示補正量を算出し、当該差圧指示補正量に基づいて前記差圧指示出力を前記差圧増加量よりも大きくなるように補正する補正手段(140、270、350)を有していることを特徴とする車両用制動制御装置。 - 前記補正手段は、前記差圧制御中に前記差圧制御弁が発生させる差圧を減少する際に、当該差圧減少量に基づいて前記差圧指示出力の補正量である差圧指示補正量を算出し、当該差圧指示補正量に基づいて前記差圧指示出力を前記差圧減少量よりも前記差圧指示出力が小さくなるように補正することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用制動制御装置。
- 前記補正手段は、前記差圧増加量が大きいほど前記差圧指示補正量が大きくなるように算出することを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の車両用制動制御装置。
- 前記補正手段は、前記差圧制御弁が発生させる差圧を増加する制御中の前記ブレーキ操作部材の操作量を示す操作指標を検出し、前記操作指標に基づいて、前記差圧指示補正量を算出することを特徴とする請求項1ないし3のいずれか1つに記載の車両用制動制御装置。
- 前記補正手段は、前記操作指標に基づいて、ドライバの意図する操作量に対応する操作指標の推定値である推定操作量を算出し、前記推定操作量に基づいて前記差圧指示補正量を算出することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車両用制動制御装置。
