Claims (13)
- 排気再循環路(4)を有し、所定の排気体積(3)を有する内燃機関(2)の排気処理装置(1)であって、
前記排気再循環路(4)を通って流れ方向(9)に沿って流れる排気がターボ過給機(5)に供給され、排気再循環路(4)において流れ方向(9)に対してターボ過給機(5)の上流に、排気再循環路(4)の平均横断面積(8)より大きな濾過層(6)が設けられている排気処理装置(1)において、
前記濾過層(6)が複数のフィラメント線(11)製の金網を含み、この金網が0.1mm〜0.25mmの内のり幅(13)の多数の開口(12)を有し、この金網が2つの異なった太さのフィラメント線を有し、
濾過層(6)が流れ方向(9)においてセラミック壁フィルタ(18)に後置接続されていることを特徴とする内燃機関(2)の排気処理装置。 - 濾過層(6)が、内燃機関(2)の排気体積(3)1.0リットル当たり少なくとも10cm2の濾過面(7)を有することを特徴とする請求項1に記載の排気処理装置。
- 濾過層(6)が、排気再循環路(4)を通る排気の流れ方向(9)に対して斜めに置かれていることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の排気処理装置。
- 排気再循環路(4)が、濾過層(6)の領域に局所的拡張部(10)を有することを特徴とする請求項1から3の1つに記載の排気処理装置。
- フィラメント線(11)が互いに材料的に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から4の1つに記載の排気処理装置。
- 濾過層(6)が互いに結合されている複数の層(14、21)で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1から5の1つに記載の排気処理装置。
- 1つの層(21)が、少なくとも5.0mmの対角線寸法(17)を有する多数の格子目(16)を形成しているワイヤ構造物(15)で形成されていることを特徴とする請求項6記載の排気処理装置。
- 濾過層(6)が、排気再循環路(4)の冷却器(19)とターボ過給機(5)との間に配置されていることを特徴とする請求項1から7の1つに記載の排気処理装置。
- 前記金網が、太さ100μm〜300μmの複数の太いフィラメント線と、太さ30μm〜150μmの複数の細いフィラメント線とを有することを特徴とする請求項1から8の1つに記載の排気処理装置。
- 前記金網の前記複数のフィラメント線(11)が、互に材料結合的に結合されていることを特徴とする請求項1から9の1つに記載の排気処理装置。
- 前記金網の前記複数のフィラメント線(11)がろう付けされ、焼結され、および/または、溶接されていることを特徴とする請求項1から10の1つに記載の排気処理装置。
- 前記金網の前記複数のフィラメント線(11)が互にコンデンサインパルス溶接法で溶接され、この場合にこれらのフィラメント線(11)が加圧下で通電され溶接されることを特徴とする請求項1から11の1つに記載の排気処理装置。
- 請求項1から12の1つに記載の排気処理装置(1)を備えることを特徴とする自動車。
