Description
(1)亜鉛化合物及び核酸関連物質を配合した組成物。
(2)核酸関連物質がリボヌクレオチド類である上記(1)に記載の組成物。
(3)リボヌクレオチド類が5’-イノシン酸、5’-グアニル酸、5’-アデニル酸、5’-シチジル酸並びにその可食性塩(ナトリウム塩,カリウム塩,カルシウム塩など)から選ばれる1種又は2種以上である上記(1)又は(2)に記載の組成物。
(4)更にロイシン、イソロイシン、バリン、ヒスチジン、アスパラギン酸、リジン、アルギニン、グリシン、アラニン並びにこれらの塩からなる群から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を配合した上記(1)〜(3)いずれかに記載の組成物。
(5)上記組成物が内服液用組成物であり、且つ、pHが2.5〜7.0である上記(1)〜(4)いずれかに記載の組成物。

Hagermanらは、溶液中のタンパク(ウシ血清アルブミン:BSA)がタンニンにより凝集し、その沈澱量はタンニンの量に比例することを報告した(J.Agric.Food.Chem.,1978,Vol.26,809-812)。本発明者らは、亜鉛イオン溶液にBSA溶液を加えると、この溶液が懸濁し、光の透過量が減少すること、この透過量の減少が、亜鉛イオンの濃度に相関することを見出した。
1)BSA溶液の調製
BSA(fraction V,fatty acid free ;Sigma Chemical社製)10gを適量の精製水に溶解し、クエン酸100mgを加え、NaOH溶液(1mol/L)でpHを4.8に調整し、精製水で100mLとした。

グルコン酸亜鉛0.04g、0.19g及び0.39gにクエン酸0.10gを加えた。それぞれを適量の精製水に溶解し、NaOH溶液(1mol/L)でpHを4.8に調整し、精製水で100mLとした。
各亜鉛イオン溶液2mLにBSA溶液6mLを加え、希釈液でそれぞれ全量を10mLとした。これを40℃で30分間振とうした。石英セル(L=1cm)を使用し、分光光度計(日立製作所製:U−3300)により、各透明溶液では吸収されない波長である500nmにおける吸光度を測定した。
表1に示す成分を精製水に溶解した後、pHを4.8に調整し、精製水を加えて全量を100mLとして、検体1〜4を調製した。得られた検体について、上記1)〜4)に記載した方法に従い、タンパク凝集性を評価した。結果を併せて表1に示した。
Claims (4)
- (a)グルコン酸亜鉛、並びに、(b)5’-イノシン酸、5’-グアニル酸及びその可食性塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を配合することを特徴とする組成物。
- 更にロイシン、イソロイシン、バリン、ヒスチジン、アスパラギン酸、リジン、アルギニン、グリシン、アラニン並びにこれらの塩からなる群から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を配合した請求項1に記載の組成物。
- 上記組成物が内服液用組成物であり、且つ、pHが2.5〜7.0である請求項1又は2に記載の組成物。
- 5’-イノシン酸、5’-グアニル酸及びその可食性塩から選ばれる1種又は2種以上を配合することを特徴とする、グルコン酸亜鉛配合組成物の不快な味の低減方法。
