Claims (6)
- (1) 最初に、乾燥状態であり、粉末形状の固体無機又は有機ベース粒子集塊物又は粒子凝集物を、ガス相において又はガス状キャリヤ媒体において、有機ベースマトリクス粒子の存在下で、エネルギーの入力により微粉砕して、1〜500nmの平均粒子サイズを有する無機又は有機ベースの微粉砕粒子を生じること、且つ
(2) それに続いて、結果として生じた微粉砕粒子を、0.1〜500μmの平均粒子サイズを有する前記有機ベースマトリクス粒子に分散させ、該微粉砕粒子を前記有機ベースマトリクス粒子に装着し取り込む処理工程からなること、
前記エネルギーの入力が、衝撃力と剪断力の導入によって達成されること、
前記処理工程の間に入力される合計エネルギーが、10〜106KJであること、
そこに分散される前記微粉砕粒子に対する有機ベースマトリクス粒子の比率が、80:20〜50:50の範囲内で変化するものであること、
前記処理工程が、固体相において乾燥分散処理として実行され、前記有機ベースマトリクス粒子の融解温度又は融解範囲より低い温度で、ガラス転移温度より高い温度で、且つ前記無機又は有機ベース粒子集塊物又は粒子凝集物の融解温度より低い温度、5〜50℃の範囲内の温度で実行されること、且つ
該方法は、ステータ/ロータ型の装置の流動床において実行されること、
該装置は、ステータ及びロータに加えて、衝撃で集塊物又は凝集物を微粉砕する複数のインパクトプレートを具備することを特徴とする粒子状複合材料を製造する方法。 - 前記装置は、前記ロータ直径が100〜1000mmである場合に、50〜120m/sのロータ回転周速度で操作されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の方法。
- 微粉砕粒子の平均粒子直径D50(comminuted particles)に対する有機ベースマトリクス粒子の平均粒子直径D50(matrix particles)の比Vは、少なくとも10:1であることを特徴とする請求項1又は2記載の方法。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1つに記載の方法によって得られる粒子状複合材料。
- 微粉砕粒子の平均粒子直径D50(comminuted particles)に対する有機ベースマトリクス粒子の平均粒子直径D50(matrix particles)の比Vは、少なくとも10:1であることを特徴とする請求項4に記載の粒子状複合材料。
- コーティング組成物、すべての種類のペンキ及びインク、粉末コーティング材料、印刷用インク、紙片又は皮革用インク及び織物用インク、型用複合物、化粧用調剤、及び熱可塑性樹脂、熱硬化性樹脂又はエラストマーのような合成樹脂からなる群より選択された組成物において、
該組成物が、請求項4又は5に記載された粒子状複合材料を具備することを特徴とする組成物。
