Description
さらに、本発明は、近位端部と遠位端部とを有する侵入部を含んだ内視鏡に関する。
ハウジング2自体は、後部本体36と、前部本体38と、前部キャップ40とを含む。電気及び光は、スリーブ状支持体42を通して内部に供給される。

Claims (11)
- 硬性筒状管部(8)及びこれと結合された可撓性スリーブ(34)を有した使い捨てシースを含む内視鏡保護装置において、
前記硬性筒状管部(8)が、光を透過可能な材料から作られたコア部を有していると共に、光源からの光を該硬性筒状管部(8)の近位端部(10)から遠位端部(12)まで導くように処理されており、
前記シースが、画像を取り込むための硬性ステムを有する内視鏡に前記シースを着脱可能に固定するロック手段(6)を含み、
前記硬性筒状管部(8)の前記遠位端部(12)が、前記硬性筒状管部(8)によって導かれる光の拡散及び配向の少なくとも一方を行うための拡散スペーサ(14)及び角度補正レンズ(16)を有する、
ことを特徴とする内視鏡保護装置。 - 前記硬性筒状管部(8)が第1の材料で作られたコア部を含んでおり、前記硬性筒状管部の前記コア部が前記第1の材料よりも低い屈折率を有した材料で被覆された内面及び外面を有している、請求項1に記載の内視鏡保護装置。
- 前記硬性筒状管部(8)の前記コア部を作るために使用される材料が、ポリメチルメタクリレート及びポリスチレンからなる群から選択される、請求項2に記載の内視鏡保護装置。
- 前記コア部を被覆するために使用される材料が、ポリメチルメタクリレート及びフッ素化ポリマからなる群から選択される、請求項2又は請求項3に記載の内視鏡保護装置。
- 前記拡散スペーサ(14)が、前記硬性筒状管部(8)の前記遠位端部(12)に当接するように構成された平坦な横断方向面を有する管状部品であり、前記横断方向面と反対側の面が、複数のプリズムを形成する複数の稜を有している、請求項1に記載の内視鏡保護装置。
- 前記複数の稜が丸い稜である、請求項5に記載の内視鏡保護装置。
- 前記拡散スペーサ(14)が前記角度補正レンズ(16)と前記硬性筒状管部(8)の前記遠位端部(12)との間に設けられており、前記拡散スペーサ(14)と前記角度補正レンズ(16)との間に、当該二つの構成要素の間に空気レンズ(32)を形成する隙間が存在している、請求項1〜6の何れか一項に記載の内視鏡保護装置。
- 前記硬性筒状管状部(8)の外径が5mmより小さい、請求項1から請求項7の何れか一項に記載の内視鏡保護装置。
- 近位端部と遠位端部とを有する侵入部を含んだ内視鏡において、
前記侵入部が、遠位部分から近位部分まで画像を伝送するための手段を有した硬性ステムと、請求項1から請求項8の何れか一項に記載の保護装置とを備え、前記内視鏡が、照明手段を用いて前記硬性ステムの近位端部の周りに環状の光ビームを形成するための光出力部と、前記保護装置を受容するための固定手段とをさらに備えることを特徴とする内視鏡。 - 前記内視鏡が、ビデオ内視鏡であり、画像センサ(44)と該画像センサ(44)に結合された光学レンズ組立体(46)とを内部に有するハウジングを含み、前記画像センサ(44)が前記光学レンズ組立体(46)の前方に配置された錘状光ガイド(54)と同軸に取り付けられて、前記環状の光ビームを生成するように外部照明手段からの光を導く、請求項9に記載の内視鏡。
- 前記硬性ステムが、該硬性ステムの遠位端部から近位端部へ画像を伝達するための光学ロッドが内部に配置されている外側金属管から構成されている、請求項9又は請求項10に記載の内視鏡。
