Description
I.PA613少なくとも50質量%、有利に少なくとも60質量%、特に有利に少なくとも70質量%、殊に有利に少なくとも80質量%及び極めて特に有利に少なくとも90質量%を含有する成形材料を含む被覆層、及び
II.熱可塑性成形材料を含む支持体。
a)ナノスケールの充填剤及び塩基性金属塩、金属酸化物又は金属水酸化物から選択される核化剤;後者は、所望の透明性を確実にするために、高々それが溶融物中でポリアミドのカルボキシル末端基との反応下に溶解され得るような量で添加される;
b)ポリアミド成形材料に常用量の常用の助剤又は添加剤、例えば、安定剤、UV吸収剤又は滑剤、
c)透明性に著しく影響しない着色剤、
d)その屈折率がマトリックスのそれと僅かしか相違しない又は正確に一致する充填剤(等屈折充填剤)、
e)その屈折率がマトリックスのそれと僅かしか相違しない又は正確に一致するその他のポリマー成分、及び実際には透明性に影響しない有機化合物をベースとする核化剤。
テレフタル酸及び/又はイソフタル酸及び2,2,4−トリメチルヘキサメチレンジアミン及び2,4,4−トリメチルヘキサメチレンジアミンを含む異性体混合物からのポリアミド、
イソフタル酸及び1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンからのポリアミド、
場合により4,4’−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタンと混合した、テレフタル酸/イソフタル酸及び1,6−ヘキサメチレンジアミンを含む混合物からのコポリアミド、
テレフタル酸及び/又はイソフタル酸、3,3’−ジメチル−4,4’−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタン及びラウリンラクタム又はカプロラクタムからのコポリアミド、
1,12−ドデカンジ酸又はセバシン酸、3,3’−ジメチル−4,4’−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタン及び場合によりラウリンラクタム又はカプロラクタムからの(コ)ポリアミド、
イソフタル酸、4,4’−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタン及びラウリンラクタム又はカプロラクタムからのコポリアミド、
1,12−ドデカンジ酸及び4,4’−ジアミノジシクロヘキシルメタン(トランス,トランス異性体の低い成分で)からのポリアミド、
場合によりヘキサメチレンジアミンと混合した、テレフタル酸及び/又はイソフタル酸及びアルキル置換のビス(4−アミノシクロヘキシル)メタン−同族体からのコポリアミド、
場合によりもう1種のジアミンと一緒に、ビス(4−アミノ−3−メチル−5−エチル−シクロヘキシル)メタン、及び場合によりもう1種のジカルボン酸と一緒に、イソフタル酸からのコポリアミド、
m−キシリレンジアミン及びもう1種のジアミン、例えば、ヘキサメチレンジアミンの混合物、及び場合によりもう1種のジカルボン酸、例えば、テレフタル酸及び/又は2,6−ナフタリンジカルボン酸と一緒に、イソフタル酸からのコポリアミド、
ビス(4−アミノ−シクロヘキシル)メタン及びビス(4−アミノ−3−メチル−シクロヘキシル)メタンの混合物、及び8〜14個のC原子を有する脂肪族ジカルボン酸からのコポリアミド及び
1,14−テトラデカンジ酸及び芳香族、芳香脂肪族又は環状脂肪族ジアミンを含有する混合物からのポリアミド又はコポリアミド。
アクリル酸誘導体、メタクリル誘導体、α−オレフィン及びビニル芳香族体から選択されるビニル系化合物から誘導されるモノマー単位70〜99.9質量%及び
カルボン酸アンヒドリド基、エポキシド基及びオキサゾリン基から選択される官能基を有するモノマー単位0.1〜30質量%。
1.次の式の単位から選択されるモノマー単位約70〜約99.9質量%、有利に80〜99.4質量%及び特に有利に85〜99質量%:
2.次の式の単位から選択されるモノマー単位約0.1〜約30質量%、有利に0.6〜20質量%及び特に有利に1〜15質量%:
A.式(I)[式中、R2はHではない]の単位14〜96質量%、有利に20〜85質量%及び特に有利に25〜75質量%、
式(V)[式中、M=1である]の単位0〜75質量%、有利に1〜60質量%及び特に有利に5〜40質量%、
式(I)[式中、R2=Hである]の単位0〜15質量%、有利に0〜10質量%及び特に有利に0.1〜7質量%、
式(VI)[式中、m=1である]の単位0.1〜30質量%、有利に1〜20質量%及び特に有利に2〜15質量%。
式(III)の単位39.9〜80質量%、有利に44.9〜75質量%及び特に有利に49.9〜70質量%、
式(VI)[式中、m=0である]の単位0.1〜30質量%、有利に0.6〜20質量%及び特に有利に1〜15質量%。
式(IV)の単位0〜60質量%、有利に0.1〜50質量%及び特に有利に2〜40質量%、
式(VI)[式中、M=0である]の単位0.1〜30質量%、有利に0.6〜20質量%及び特に有利に1〜15質量%。
式(III)の単位0.1〜45質量%、有利に1〜40質量%及び特に有利に2〜35質量%、
式(VI)[式中、m=0である]の単位0.1〜30質量%、有利に0.6〜20質量%及び特に有利に1〜15質量%。
式(IV)の単位0〜60質量%、有利に0.1〜50質量%及び特に有利に2〜40質量%、
式(VII)の単位0.1〜30質量%、有利に0.6〜20質量%及び特に有利に1〜15質量%。
式(IV)の単位0〜60質量%、有利に0.1〜50質量%及び特に有利に2〜40質量%、
式(VIII)の単位0.1〜30質量%、有利に0.6〜20質量%及び特に有利に1〜15質量%。
1.シートは単層である。この場合には、シートは本発明により被覆層だけを含む;印刷によって、例えば、熱昇華圧により、上側か又は下側に装飾が施され得る。
PA613の製造のために、200l入り重縮合反応器に、次の使用物質を満たした:
ヘキサメチレンジアミン(69.00%の) 30.320kg
トリデカンジ酸(ブラシル酸) 44.683kg
完全脱塩H2O 6.900kg
次亜燐酸の50%の水溶液(57ppmに相応する) 6.732g
排出量:54kg
生成物は次の特有値を有した:
微結晶融点Tm:194/207℃
溶融エンタルピー:約87J/g
相対溶液粘度ηrel:1.88
末端基COOH:35ミリモル/kg
末端基NH2:78ミリモル/kg
排出量 固相後縮合:53kg
生成物は次の特有値を有した:
微結晶融点Tm:194/205℃
溶融エンタルピー:約87J/g
相対溶液粘度ηrel:2.21
末端基COOH:9ミリモル/kg
末端基NH2:59ミリモル/kg
製造例1におけるように重縮合させ、この際、次の使用物質を使用した:
ヘキサメチレンジアミン(68.61%の) 29.858kg
トリデカンジ酸(ブラシル酸) 44.683kg
完全脱塩H2O 6.900kg
次亜燐酸の50%の水溶液(57ppmに相応する) 6.732g
重縮合からの排出量:56kg
生成物は次の特有値を有した:
微結晶融点Tm:197/207℃
溶融エンタルピー:約94J/g
相対溶液粘度ηrel:1.84
末端基COOH:106ミリモル/kg
末端基NH2:18ミリモル/kg
1.配合
例1からの固相後縮合から得られる生成物を、捏和器Typ Werner+Pfleiderer ZSK30 M9/1(K3)で、シリンダー温度250℃で、250UpM及び流量率8kg/時(h)で、常用の安定剤組成物0.7質量%の添加下に配合させた。
配合を経て安定化に続いて、物質温度約250℃でコリン(Collin)シート装置で、カレンダー法でシート押出を行ない、各々全厚450μmを有する多層シートを得た。シート構成:
PA613(被覆層):190μm
PA12をベースとする着色層:150μm
Admer(登録商標)QF551E(官能化ポリプロピレン):110μm
比較試験のために、PA12からの190μm厚の被覆層を有する相応する多層シートを製造した。
例3からのPA613を、コリンシート装置で、物質温度240℃で、厚さ190μm及び1000μmの単シートに加工した。更に、比較試験のために、PA12から190μm厚の単シート及びPA1010、PA1012及びPA12から1000μm厚の単シートも製造した。
190μm厚の単シートに、ブラシ洗浄試験のために、高光沢用具を備えた射出成形機Typ Engel Victory 650/200#159202上で、PA12成形材料を背面射出した。そうして製造したプレートの寸法は、150×105×3mmであった。
1.透過率
厚さ1000μmの単シートの透過率を、ISO 13468-2により測定した;表1参照。PA613からのシートは、他のポリアミドと比較して、より良好な透明性を有することが明らかである。
多層シートの急速風化を、耐候試験機Firma Q-PanelのModell QUV/seで、2段階で実施した。
段階1:55℃、340nmで露光0.98W/m2、4時間(h)
段階2:45℃、曇り、露光なし、4時間(h)
初期光沢の確定後に、一定の時間間隔で、貯蔵した多層シートの光沢経過を調べた;表2参照。
Amtec-Kistlerによるブラシ洗浄試験で、ISO 20566により、自動洗浄装置中での表面の負荷を現実的にシミュレートする。そのために、試験体として背面射出単シートからのプレートを、対向運動で、水平に回転するブラシ(回転数120分−1)下に往復移動させた。できるだけ実際的な結果を得るために、かつ試験を促進させるために、洗浄水に汚れ代用品として石英粉末を混合させた。引き続いて、前記の光沢測定と同様に、入射角20°で実施した。結果を表4に表示する。
Claims (20)
- 次の構成要素を含有する構造部材:
I.PA613少なくとも50質量%を含有する成形材料からなる被覆層及び
II.熱可塑性成形材料からなる支持体。 - 支持体は、ポリオレフィン、ポリアミド、ポリエステル、ポリアクリレート、ポリカルボネート、ABS、ポリスチレンもしくはスチレンコポリマー、又はエポキシ樹脂又はポリウレタンをベースとする硬化可能な系をベースとする成形材料である、請求項1に記載の構造部材。
- 支持体は、層厚1mmで、380〜800nmの可視スペクトル内で、透過率曲線において、ASTM D 1003により、射出成形プレートで測定して、少なくとも30%の最高値を有する、請求項1又は2に記載の構造部材。
- 支持体は、十分に透明なポリアミド、ポリアルキル(メタ)アクリレート、ポリカルボネート、ポリエステルカルボネート、ポリエステル、ポリイミド、ポリエーテルイミド、ポリメタクリルイミド、ポリスルホン、スチレンポリマー、環状の構造要素を有するポリオレフィン、オレフィン−マレイミドコポリマー又はビニルシクロヘキサンをベースとするポリマーをベースとする成形材料である、請求項3に記載の構造部材。
- 多成分射出成形、同時押出、シートの背面射出、シートの背面発泡、押出貼り合わせ、積層、圧縮又は接着によって製造されている、請求項1から4までのいずれか1項に記載の構造部材。
- 被覆層と支持体との間に付着助剤を含有する、請求項1から5までのいずれか1項に記載の構造部材。
- 被覆層のほかに、着色層及び/又は担体層としてのポリアミド層及び/又は支持体側の保護層を含有するシートの背面射出又は背面発泡によって製造されている、請求項5又は6に記載の構造部材。
- 光学的使用のための、請求項3から7までのいずれか1項に記載の構造部材。
- 散乱円板、投光円盤、尾灯の円板、レンズ、プリズム、眼鏡、ディスプレイ、ディスプレイ用の装飾構造部材、照明系の素材、後方照明開閉器の素材、各種類のグレージング及びモバイルケースである、請求項3から8までのいずれか1項に記載の構造部材。
- 自動車の車体部材、自動車内部空間の構成素材、内張り、装飾トリム、ブラインドトリム、ブラインド又は装飾素材である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の構造部材。
- スポーツ用具である、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項に記載の構造部材。
- PA613少なくとも50質量%を含有する成形材料からなる被覆層を含む、装飾シート。
- 前記被覆層だけからなる、請求項12に記載の装飾シート。
- 数層を含む、請求項12に記載の装飾シート。
- 着色層及び/又は担体層及び/又は付着助剤層を含有する、請求項14に記載の装飾シート。
- 着色層及び/又は担体層及び/又は付着助剤層は、ポリアミドエラストマー又は衝撃強化ゴムを含有する、請求項15に記載の装飾シート。
- 0.02〜1.2mmの厚さを有する、請求項12から16までのいずれか1項に記載の装飾シート。
- 付着助剤層が0.01〜0.5mmの厚さを有する、請求項12並びに14から17までのいずれか1項に記載の装飾シート。
- 押出、同時押出又は積層によって製造され、かつ引き続いて、場合により二次成形される、請求項12から18までのいずれか1項に記載の装飾シート。
- 請求項1から11までのいずれか1項に記載の構造部材を製造するための、請求項12から19までのいずれか1項に記載の装飾シートの使用。
