Claims (10)
- 自動車シートのための継手であって、
歯付きリング(17)が形成された第1継手部分(11)と、
歯付きホイール(16)が形成された第2継手部分(12)と、
回転可能に支持された周方向偏心器(27)と、
前記第1継手部分(11)と前記第2継手部分(12)との間に設けられた搭載空間(B)と
を有し、
前記歯付きホイール(16)が前記歯付きリング(17)と噛合する結果2つの前記継手部分(11、12)が互いにギア接続し、
前記周方向偏心器(27)は、前記歯付きホイール(16)及び前記歯付きリング(17)の相対転動を駆動する駆動体(21)によって駆動され、
前記搭載空間は少なくとも複数箇所において外側に対して封止され、
前記搭載空間(B)には分離リング(61;61’)が配列され、
前記分離リングは、前記搭載空間(B)を、前記歯付きホイール(16)及び前記歯付きリング(17)により画定されるギアに向かって配置される径方向外側搭載空間(Ba)と、前記偏心器(27、27)に向かって配置されて前記偏心器(27、27)のためのグリースを含む径方向内側搭載空間(Bi)とに細分する継手。 - 前記分離リング(61;61’)は、一方で前記第1継手部分(11)に隣接し、他方で前記第2継手部分(12)に隣接する、請求項1に記載の継手。
- 前記分離リング(61;61’)は、一方で前記第1継手部分(11)に封止態様で隣接し、他方で前記第2継手部分(12)に隣接する、請求項2に記載の継手。
- 前記分離リング(61;61’)は、一方で前記第1継手部分(11)に付勢されて隣接し、他方で前記第2継手部分(12)に隣接する、請求項2又は3に記載の継手。
- 前記分離リング(61;61’)は、円筒形状又はリング形状の基体(61a;61a’)を有し、前記基体の少なくとも一つの側部からカラー(61b)及び/又は封止リップ(61c;61c’)が突出する、請求項1から4のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記基体(61a)及び/又は前記カラー(61b)及び/又は前記封止リップ(61c;61c’)は、2つの前記継手部分(11、12)の一方に隣接する、請求項5に記載の継手。
- 前記分離リング(61;61’)は、プラスチック材料からなり及び/又は弾性に構成される、請求項1から6のいずれか一項に記載の継手。
- 前記内側搭載空間(Bi)は前記偏心器(27、27)のためのグリースを含み、及び/又は、
前記内側搭載空間(Bi)は前記外側搭載空間(Ba)よりも径方向内側に配置される、請求項1から7のいずれか一項に記載の継手。 - 包囲リング(13)が、円板形状ユニットを形成する第1継手部分(11)及び第2継手部分(12)を一緒に軸方向に保持し、前記包囲リングは、前記第1継手部分(11)に固定され、かつ、前記第2継手部分(12)上の径方向外側に係合し及び実質的に平坦形状を有し、及び/又は、
前記第1継手部分(11)は前記偏心器(27、27)を、前記歯付きリング(17)と同心の滑り軸受ブッシュ(29)によって受け入れ、及び/又は、
前記第2継手部分(12)は前記偏心器(27、27)を、前記歯付きホイール(16)と同心のカラー(19)によって支持し、及び/又は、
前記偏心器(27、27)は2つのウェッジセグメント(27)を有し、及び/又は、
一つのばね(35)が前記ウェッジセグメント(27)に対して周方向に作用する、請求項1から8のいずれか一項に記載の継手。 - 請求項1から9に記載の継手を少なくとも一つ有し、
2つの前記継手部分(11、12)の一方に接続されるシート部分(3)と、
2つの前記継手部分(11、12)の他方に接続されるバックレスト(4)と
を有する自動車シート。
