Claims (19)
- 吸収性物品において使用するための不織材料であって、
少なくとも50重量%の量のパルプ繊維と5〜15重量%の量の導電性繊維とを含有する不織基体ウェブを含み、
前記パルプ繊維が、350ないし600mLのカナダ標準ろ水度を有するように叩解された針葉樹繊維を含み、
前記導電性繊維が、少なくとも85%の純度を有しかつ1〜6mmの長さを有する炭素繊維を含み、
前記パルプ繊維及び前記炭素繊維が互いに混合されており、
前記基体ウェブが、長さ方向及び幅方向を有し、幅2.54cm(1インチ)当たり5900ないし10297gfの長さ方向引張強度を有し、15gsm以上60gsm未満の坪量を有し、クレーピング加工されていないものであり、0.5cc/g以上2cc/g未満の嵩を有し、湿潤強度増強剤を含んでおり、かつ、20Ω/sq以上100Ω/sq未満の抵抗率を有することを特徴とする不織材料。 - 請求項1に記載の不織材料であって、
3〜12mmの幅を有することを特徴とする不織材料。 - 請求項1または2に記載の不織材料であって、
前記湿潤強度増強剤がポリアミドアミン−エピクロルヒドリン樹脂を含むことを特徴とする不織材料。 - 請求項1ないし3のいずれかに記載の不織材料であって、
前記基体ウェブが、前記針葉樹繊維を少なくとも85重量%の量で含有することを特徴とする不織材料。 - 請求項2に記載の不織材料であって、
リールに巻き取られることを特徴とする不織材料。 - 請求項5に記載の不織材料であって、
リールにトラバース巻き取りされることを特徴とする不織材料。 - 請求項1ないし6のいずれかに記載の不織材料であって、
青色または紫色に染色されることを特徴とする不織材料。 - 請求項1ないし7に記載の不織材料であって、
前記不織基体ウェブが15ないし40gsmの坪量を有することを特徴とする不織材料。 - 吸収性物品において使用するための導電性紙ウェブの製造方法であって、
1〜6mmの長さを有しかつ少なくとも85%の純度を有する炭素繊維を針葉樹繊維に前記両繊維の総重量の5〜15重量%の量で混合して調製した水性懸濁液を有孔形成面上に堆積させて湿潤ウェブを形成するステップと、
前記ウェブを平坦化するステップと、
前記ウェブを乾燥させるステップと、
前記ウェブを、3〜10mmの幅を有する複数のスリットの切断し、各スリットを別個のリールにトラバース巻き取りするステップとを含み、
前記針葉樹繊維が、350ないし600mLのカナダ標準ろ水度を有するように叩解されたものであり、
前記ウェブが、15gsm以上60gsm未満の坪量を有し、クレーピング加工されていないものであり、0.5cc/g以上2cc/g未満の嵩を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9に記載の方法であって、
前記炭素繊維が、前記ウェブの作製後に前記炭素繊維から除去される水溶性サイズ剤で被覆されていることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9または10に記載の方法であって、
前記炭素繊維が少なくとも88%の純度を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9ないし11のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記スリットが1g/cc未満の最終嵩を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9ないし12のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記ウェブを少なくとも950PLIの圧力でカレンダ加工によって平坦化するようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9ないし13のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記パルプ繊維の水性懸濁液を作製しておき、前記繊維を前記形成面上に堆積させる前に、前記水性懸濁液に炭素繊維を混入するようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9ないし14のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記ウェブに湿潤強度増強剤を組み込むステップをさらに含むことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9ないし15のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記乾燥させたウェブをロールに巻き取っておき、前記ウェブを切断するときに前記ロールから中心駆動式で送り出すようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項16に記載の方法であって、
前記複数のスリットを第1のスリット群と第2のスリット群とに分離し、前記第1のスリット群をそれに対応する第1のリール群へ供給すると共に、前記第2のスリット群をそれに対応する第2のリール群へ供給するようにしたことを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項9ないし17のいずれかに記載の方法であって、
前記各リールが、前記スリットを巻き取るときに該スリットの張力を制御するためのウェブ張力制御機を備えることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項18に記載の方法であって、
前記張力制御機が、前記スリットを巻き取るときに前記リールと協働するダンサーロールを含み、
前記スリットを前記リールにトラバース巻き取りするために、トラバースアームによって前記スリットを前記リールへ導くようにしたことを特徴とする方法。
