Claims (16)
- 面及び厚さを持ち、少なくとも50重量%のパルプ繊維と、少なくとも1重量%の導電性繊維とを含有する不織ウェブ基材を含む不織素材であって、
前記導電性繊維は、カーボン繊維、又はカーボン繊維及び導電性ポリマ繊維の混合物を含み、前記不織ウェブ基材に前記不織素材が少なくとも一方向に導電性となるのに十分な量で含有され、前記不織ウェブ基材は、少なくとも第1及び第2の異なる繊維層を含む単一プライの湿式ウェブからなり、前記導電性繊維の全てが前記第2の層に含まれ、前記不織ウェブ基材は、1500オーム/スクエア未満の抵抗を有する少なくとも1つの導電性領域を有し、前記導電性領域では、前記面に沿った機械方向に延在する前記不織ウェブ基材の対応する領域に前記導電性繊維が集合し、前記導電性領域は、前記第2の層が含む非導電性領域により区画されていることを特徴とする不織素材。 - 前記カーボン繊維は、ポリアクリロニトリルから形成される請求項1に記載の不織素材。
- 前記カーボン繊維は、平均長さが1mmから12mmである請求項1に記載の不織素材。
- 前記不織ウェブ基材は、パルプ繊維及び導電性繊維に加えて熱可塑性繊維をさらに含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至3のいずれか1項に記載の不織素材。
- 前記導電性繊維は、前記不織ウェブ基材が複数の導電性領域を有するように前記不織ウェブ基材中に含まれることを特徴とする請求項1乃至4のいずれか1項に記載の不織素材。
- 複数の前記導電性領域は、非導電性領域により区分されている請求項5に記載の不織素材。
- 前記不織ウェブ基材は、クレープがなくかつスルーエア乾燥されたウェブを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至6のいずれか1項に記載の不織素材。
- 前記不織ウェブ基材は、15gsmから100gsmの坪量を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至7のうちいずれか1項に記載の不織素材。
- 前記不織ウェブ基材が、少なくとも1の他の素材層に積層されることにより、前記不織素材は、積層体をなし、前記他の素材層は、織素材、不織素材、又はフィルムを含むことを特徴とする請求項1乃至8のいずれか1項に記載の不織素材。
- 前記湿式ウェブは、加熱され回転されるシリンダ上で乾燥される請求項1に記載の不織素材。
- 前記湿式ウェブは、2cc/g未満の嵩を有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至10のいずれか1項に記載の不織素材。
- 前記不織ウェブ基材は、繊維が一様に分布することを特徴とする請求項1、2、3、又は4に記載の不織素材。
- 前記不織ウェブ基材は、合成繊維を5重量%から20重量%含有することを特徴とする請求項1乃至12のいずれか1項に記載の不織素材。
- 請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の不織素材を製造する方法であって、
パルプ繊維と、カーボン繊維を含む導電性繊維とを含有する、繊維の水性懸濁液を多孔性形成面に堆積させて湿潤したウェブを形成する工程と、
湿潤した前記ウェブを回転する加熱されたヤンキードライヤドラムの面に位置させ、前記ウェブを乾燥させる工程と、
乾燥した前記ウェブを前記ヤンキードライヤドラムの面から前記ウェブにクレープを生じさせないで取除く工程とを含み、
前記カーボン繊維は、全繊維重量に基づいて少なくとも2重量%で湿潤した前記ウェブ中に含有されることを特徴とする方法。 - 請求項1乃至13のいずれか1項に記載の不織素材を製造する方法であって、
パルプ繊維と、カーボン繊維を含む導電性繊維とを含有する、繊維の水性懸濁液を多孔性形成面に堆積させて湿潤したウェブを形成する工程と、
湿潤した前記ウェブを複数の加熱されたシリンダに押圧して前記ウェブを乾燥させると共に前記ウェブの密度を高める工程とを含み、
前記カーボン繊維は、全繊維重量に基づいて少なくとも2重量%で湿潤した前記ウェブ中に含有され、
生じた乾燥された前記ウェブは、2cc/g未満の嵩を有することを特徴とする方法。 - 前記ウェブの少なくとも一方の面をバインダでコートする工程をさらに含むことを特徴とする請求項15に記載の方法。
