Description
前記断熱層は、溶射法により形成された断熱層である(3)に記載の金型。
図1は、本実施形態の金型を模式的に示す分解斜視図である。図2は第一金型を模式的に示す図であり、図2(a)は第一金型のMM断面を示す断面図であり、図2(b)は第一金型のフランジ部の拡大図である。
本発明の金型を製造する方法は特に限定されない。本実施形態の金型を製造する方法を例に、金型の製造方法を説明する。図5には、本実施形態の製造方法の一例を模式的に示す図である。
本実施形態の金型は以下の効果を奏する。
本実施形態の金型1は、図1〜図4に示すように、第一金型10の窪みの縁にフランジ部102が設けられることで、第一金型10の断熱層103と第二金型20の第二金型本体201とが接触しない。その結果、金型の型締時に、断熱層103が第二金型本体201に接触して、断熱層103が欠ける等の問題が生じにくい。また、フランジ部102の位置が窪みの縁であるため、内壁面の略全面に断熱層103を形成することが可能であり、一部に断熱層103が形成されていないことによる不都合がほとんど生じない。
傾斜面βと頂面γとの間に垂直面が形成されているため、断熱層103の厚みが薄くなる部分が、図3(a)の場合と比較して、少なくなっている。よって、図3(b)のフランジ部102を有する金型では、頂面γに近接し、かつ、断熱層103の表面に接触する部分における断熱効果をより高く確保することができる。

Claims (5)
- 二以上に分割された金型であって、
内壁面の略全面に形成される断熱層を備え、
金型の合わせ面には断熱層が存在しない金型であり、
キャビティの大部分を占める第一金型と、前記第一金型とともにキャビティの少なくとも一部を形成する第二金型と、を備え、
前記第一金型はフランジ部を備え、
前記フランジ部の表面の一部が、金型合わせ面の一部を構成する金型。 - 前記フランジ部の頂部に頂面が形成され、前記頂面がキャビティの一部を構成しており、
前記第二金型と前記フランジ部との境界線に対して垂直方向の、前記頂面の幅が0.1mm以上0.2mm以下である請求項1に記載の金型。 - 前記フランジ部は、前記第一金型の内壁面側の前記フランジ部の付け根から、前記フランジ部の頂部に向けて形成される傾斜面を有し、
前記断熱層は、溶射法により形成された断熱層である請求項1又は2に記載の金型。 - 前記フランジ部は、前記頂面に対して垂直に前記頂面から前記第一金型の内壁面側に向けて延びる垂直面と、前記頂面と前記垂直面との交線を前記垂直面の上端としたときに、前記第一金型の内壁面側の前記フランジ部の付け根から、前記垂直面の下端に向けて形成される傾斜面と、を有し、
前記断熱層は、溶射法により形成された断熱層である請求項2に記載の金型。 - 前記傾斜面の延長面と、前記第一金型と前記第二金型との合わせ面が成す角度が45°以上である請求項3又は4に記載の金型。
