下記表4は酵母内にゲルマニウムイオン流入時のpH、温度、界面活性剤の影響を示したものである。
Claims (11)
- 生物学的純粋培養サッカロマイセス・セレビジエ GP−01。
- サッカロマイセス・セレビジエ(KCTC 7904)とCandida ethanolica(KCTC 7181)とを原形質融合することを含むサッカロマイセス・セレビジエ GP−01の製造方法。
- 前記原形質融合は前記サッカロマイセス・セレビジエ(KCTC 7904)及び前記Candida ethanolica (KCTC 7181)に、1Mソルビトール及び0.5Mメルカプトエタノールを添加することによって、前記サッカロマイセス・セレビジエ(KCTC 7904)及び前記Candida ethanolica (KCTC 7181)の原形質体を得ることを含む、請求項2に記載の製造方法。
- 前記原形質融合は、さらに前記原形質体を、1Mソルビトール、ポリエチレングリコール(MW 4000)、及び10mMの塩化カルシウムを含む溶液に添加することによって前記原形質体を融合することを含む、請求項3に記載の製造方法。
- サッカロマイセス・セレビジエ GP−01を、メタゲルマニウム酸ナトリウム(Na2GeO3)を含む溶液に添加し、サッカロマイセス・セレビジエ GP−01を、前記メタゲルマニウム酸ナトリウム(Na 2 GeO 3 )を含む溶液の中で培養することを含む、有機バイオゲルマニウムを含有する酵母Ge−32Kの製造方法。
- 前記メタゲルマニウム酸ナトリウム(Na2GeO3)は、(i)炭酸ナトリウム(Na2CO3)、石灰石(CaCO3)、及び炭酸水素カリウム(KHCO3)からなる群から選択されたいずれか一つを水に溶解し、(ii)前記(i)によって調整された溶液に同じ体積比で二酸化ゲルマニウム(GeO2)を添加することよって調整される、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記サッカロマイセス・セレビジエGP−01と、メタゲルマニウム酸ナトリウム(Na2GeO3)を含む溶液との混合体積比は1:0.5−2である、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記培養はpH9−10、温度30−40℃で19−21時間行なわれる、請求項6に記載の方法。
- 請求項5〜8のいずれか一項に記載の方法によって生産された、有機バイオゲルマニウムを含有する酵母。
- 請求項2に記載の方法によって得られるサッカロマイセス・セレビジエ GP−01。
- 前記原形質融合は、さらに前記原形質体を、ポリエチレングリコール(MW 4000)、塩化カルシウム、並びに、ソルビトール、スクロース及びマンニトールからなる群から選択されたいずれか一つを含む溶液に添加することによって前記原形質体を融合することを含む、請求項3に記載の製造方法。
