Claims (7)
- 下方に油溜まり(3)を画定し、下部(4b)を有するクランク軸(4)が内部で軸支されるシリンダブロック(2)と、クランク軸(4)の下部(4b)の周囲に固着される電気モータロータ(6)と、一緒に回転動作するようにクランク軸(4)およびロータ(6)の部品の1つに上方で取り付けられ、油溜まり(3)に浸漬される下端(11b)を有する管状ポンプ本体(11)を有する油ポンプ(10)とを担持するシェル(1)を備える冷凍圧縮機であって、
管状ポンプ本体(11)が、
油に浸漬され、クランク軸(4)の回転軸に対して偏心した、管状ポンプ本体(11)の内部に油を取り入れるための開口部(13a)を画定する少なくとも1つの捕集壁部(12)であって、管状ポンプ本体(11)の断面と交差する平面内に配置された少なくとも1つの開口段部13を有する捕集壁部(12)と、
開口段部(13)を通る油の流入方向に対して横方向に配置された偏向板を形成する各内側インペラ壁部(14)であって、管状ポンプ本体(11)の回転動作と共に、前記油に作用して、油を軸方向および上方に推進する各内側インペラ壁部(14)と
を備え、
管状ポンプ本体(11)が、線分と凸弧との間で選択された母線を有する回転面によって閉じられた下端(11b)を有し、捕集壁部(12)が、管状ポンプ本体(11)の前記下端(11b)に画定されることを特徴とする、冷凍圧縮機。 - 開口段部が、管状ポンプ本体(11)の回転動作の方向から見て、開口段部(13)の上流側の前記捕集壁部(12)の領域に設けられた隣接凹部(13b)によって、少なくとも部分的に管状ポンプ本体(11)の輪郭から内側に突出することを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷凍圧縮機。
- 開口段部(13)と各凹部(13b)とが、それらが設けられた捕集壁部(12)の領域で管状ポンプ本体(11)の周囲によって外側に制限されることを特徴とする、請求項2に記載の冷凍圧縮機。
- 管状ポンプ本体(11)の下端(11b)が、半球面によって閉じられていることを特徴とする、請求項1から3のいずれか一項に記載の冷凍圧縮機。
- 管状ポンプ本体(11)が、角度的に、円周方向に離間された複数の開口段部(13)を備え、各開口段部(13)が、管状ポンプ本体(11)の回転動作の方向から見て、各開口段部(13)の上流側の前記捕集壁部(12)の領域に設けられた隣接凹部(13b)によって、少なくとも部分的に管状ポンプ本体(11)の輪郭から内側に突出し、各開口段部(13)の上流側に配置された凹部(13b)が、すぐ上流側に配置された別の開口段部(13)のインペラ壁部(12)を画定し、インペラ壁部(12)を画定する各凹部(13b)が、管状ポンプ本体(11)の各壁部の変形によって形成されることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の冷凍圧縮機。
- 開口段部(13)と各凹部(13b)とが、それらが設けられた捕集壁部(12)の領域で管状ポンプ本体(11)の周囲によって外側に制限されることを特徴とする、請求項5に記載の冷凍圧縮機。
- 管状ポンプ本体(11)の下端(11b)が、半球面によって閉じられていることを特徴とする、請求項6に記載の冷凍圧縮機。
