で示されるピリジニウム化合物である抗アレルゲンスプレー用組成物であり、(4)アレルゲン低減化剤が塩化セチルピリジニウムである抗アレルゲンスプレー用組成物であり、(5)不揮発性溶剤がブチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、グリセリンから選択される少なくとも一種類以上である抗アレルゲンスプレー用組成物であり、(6)抗アレルゲン組成物をマスクにスプレーすることにより、抗アレルゲン機能を付与あるいは増強する方法である。
(Rは炭素数12〜18のアルキル基、Xm−は対イオンを示す。mは対イオンの価数を示す。)に示される化合物で、Rは炭素数12〜18のアルキル基であり、特に炭素数16が好ましい。対イオンはフッ素イオン、塩素イオン、臭素イオン、ヨウ素イオン、炭酸イオン、リン酸イオン、硫酸イオン等の無機イオン、あるいは酢酸イオン、プロピオン酸イオン等の有機イオンいずれでも差し支えないが、塩素イオンが好ましい。本発明に用いられる化合物としては、例えば塩化セチルピリジニウム(R:C16H33、X:Cl、m=1)、塩化ラウリルピリジニウム(R:C12H25、X:Cl、m=1)等が挙げられる。抗アレルゲンスプレー用組成物中のこれらの成分の含有率は、0.01〜20重量%が好ましく、0.1〜5重量%がより好ましい。
揮発性試験1
ガラス板に実施例1〜12、比較例1〜4を約0.1g滴下し、室温で風乾させた。5分後、1時間後、3時間後に外観を観察した。結果を表4に示した。
揮発性試験2
ポリプロピレン製マスクに実施例1〜12、比較例1〜4を、トリガー式噴霧装置を用いて約1gを噴霧し、5分後に装着し通気性を確認した。結果を表5に示した。

ポリプロピレン製不織布(5cm×5cm)に実施例8または9を噴霧し、1g付着させた。1時間風乾後、アレルゲン低減化効果の評価を行った。ブランク布、実施例を加工した不織布をチャック付きポリ袋に投入し標準スギ花粉アレルゲン液(アレルゲン量10ng/mL)1mLを加え、試料とアレルゲンを接触させた。1時間後にチャック付きポリ袋からアレルゲン液を搾り出し、遠心分離後のこれら試料について Cryj1酵素免疫測定法(ELISA)のサンドイッチ法にてスギ花粉アレルゲン低減化効果の測定を行った。まず、リン酸緩衝液(pH7.4、0.1重量%NaN3含有)で2μg/mLに希釈したCryj1 モノクローナル抗体013を、F16 MAXISORP NUNC−IMMUNO MODULEプレート(NUNC社製)の1ウェルあたり100μLずつ添加し、4℃にて1日以上感作させた。感作後、液を捨て、ブロッキング試薬{1重量%牛血清アルブミン+リン酸緩衝液(pH7.2、0.1重量%NaN3含有)}を1ウェルあたり200μLずつ添加し、37℃、60分間反応させた。反応後、リン酸緩衝液{pH7.2、0.1重量%ポリオキシエチレン(20)ソルビタンモノラウレート含有}にてプレートを洗浄した。次に、加工不織布と接触させたスギ花粉アレルゲン抽出液試料を1ウェルあたり100μLずつ滴下し、37℃、60分間反応させた。反応後、リン酸緩衝液{pH7.2、0.1重量%ポリオキシエチレン(20)ソルビタンモノラウレート含有}にてプレートを洗浄した。ペルオキシダーゼ標識したCryj1モノクローナル抗体053を蒸留水で200μg/mLに溶解し、それをリン酸緩衝液{pH7.2、1重量%牛血清アルブミン及び0.1重量%ポリオキシエチレン(20)ソルビタンモノラウレート含有}で1200倍希釈した液を、1ウェルあたり100μLずつ添加した。37℃、60分間反応させた後、まずリン酸緩衝液{pH7.2、0.1重量%ポリオキシエチレン(20)ソルビタンモノラウレート含有}でプレートを洗浄した。0.1mol/Lリン酸緩衝液(pH6.2)13mLにオルト−フェニレンジアミンジヒドロクロライド(26mg Tablet、SIGMA CHEMICAL CO.製)と過酸化水素水13μLを加えたものを1ウェルあたり100μLずつ添加し、37℃、5分間反応させた。その後直ちに、2mol/L H2SO4を50μLずつ入れて反応を停止させ、マイクロプレート用分光光度計(テカンジャパン株式会社製)で吸光度(OD490nm)を測定した。結果を表6に示した。
Claims (5)
- アレルゲン低減化剤が塩化セチルピリジニウムである請求項1または2に記載の抗アレルゲンスプレー用組成物。
- 不揮発性溶剤がブチレングリコール、プロピレングリコール、グリセリンから選択される少なくとも一種類以上である請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の抗アレルゲンスプレー用組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の抗アレルゲンスプレー用組成物をマスクにスプレーすることにより、抗アレルゲン機能を付与あるいは増強する方法。
