Description
各成分を、表1の配合処方に従って、6インチミキシングロールにて回転数15min−1、約110℃で、10分間混練して、混練物(充填用発泡組成物)を調製した。その後、調製した混練物を、90℃のプレスにて、厚み2mmのシートに成形した。
各実施例および各比較例で得られたシートについて、以下の項目についてそれぞれ評価した。それらの結果を、表1に示す。
シートの粘度を、JIS K 7210に準拠して、詳しくは、フローテスターにおいて、温度120℃、圧力500MPaで測定した。
シートを、直径19mmの円板状に打ち抜き加工してサンプルを作製し、作製したサンプルを、160℃で、20分間加熱することにより、サンプルを発泡させた。そして、発泡前後のシートの密度から、発泡倍率を算出した。
まず、図1(a)が参照されるように、シート(1)を、長さ(左右方向長さ)80mm、幅(前後方向長さ)15mmに切り出して、切り出されたシート(1)を2枚積層して、厚み4mmの積層シート(1)を得た。

EVA*2:商品名「エバフレックスEV460」、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体、MFR2.5g/10min、VA含量19重量%、三井・デュポンケミカル社製
EVA*3:商品名「ウルトラセン626」、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体、MFR3g/10min、VA含量15重量%、東ソー社製
DCP*4:商品名「パークミルD−40MBK」、ジクミルパーオキサイド、DCP含量40%、シリカ+EPDM含量60重量%、1分半減期温度175℃、日本油脂社製
ADCA*5:商品名「ビニホールAC♯3C」、アゾジカルボンアミド、永和化成社製
TMPTA*6:商品名「TMP3A」、トリメチロールプロパントリアクリレート、大阪有機化学工業製
TMPTMA*7:商品名「TMPT」、トリメチロールプロパントリメタクリレート、新中村化学工業製
テルペン重合体*8:商品名「YSレジンPX1150」、軟化温度(環球法:昇温速度5℃/分)115±5℃、ヤスハラケミカル社製
EVA*9:商品名「エバフレックスEV45X」、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体、MFR100g/10min、軟化温度(JIS K 7206)30℃以下、VA含量46重量%、三井・デュポンケミカル社製
脂肪族炭化水素系*10:商品名「クイントンG100B」、軟化温度(環球法:昇温速度5℃/分)100℃、日本ゼオン社製
脂肪族/芳香族炭化水素系*11:商品名「ペトロタック90」、軟化温度(環球法:昇温速度5℃/分)95℃、東ソー社製

Claims (6)
- エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体を含むポリマー、有機過酸化物およびアゾジカルボンアミドを含有し、
フローテスターにおいて、温度120℃、圧力500MPaで測定される粘度が、1050〜3950Pa・sであることを特徴とする、充填用発泡組成物。 - さらに、(メタ)アクリロイル基を少なくとも3つ有する(メタ)アクリロイル基含有化合物を、有機過酸化物100重量部に対して、1〜20重量部含有していることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の充填用発泡組成物。
- 前記ポリマーにおいて、JIS K 7210に準拠して測定されるメルトフローレートが、1.0以上5.0以下であることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の充填用発泡組成物。
- さらに、軟化剤を含有することを特徴とする、請求項1〜3のいずれかに記載の充填用発泡組成物。
- 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の充填用発泡組成物と、
前記充填用発泡組成物に装着され、中空部材の内部空間に取り付け可能な取付部材と
を備えることを特徴とする、充填発泡部材。 - 請求項1〜4のいずれかに記載の充填用発泡組成物を発泡させることによって得られることを特徴とする、充填用発泡体。
