Description
各成分を、表1および表2の配合処方に従って、6インチミキシングロールにて回転数15min−1、約110℃で、10分間混練して、混練物(充填封止用発泡組成物)を調製した。その後、調製した混練物を、90℃のプレスにて、厚み2mmのシートを成形した。
各実施例および各比較例で得られたシートについて、以下の項目についてそれぞれ評価した。それらの結果を、表1および表2に示す。
(1) 発泡倍率
シートを、直径19mmの円板状に打ち抜き加工してサンプルを作製し、作製したサンプルを、160℃で、20分間加熱することにより、サンプルを発泡させた。そして、発泡前後のシートの密度から、発泡倍率を算出した。
(2) 吸水率
まず、シートを、サイズ10×18mmに矩形状に打ち抜き加工してサンプルを作製し、作製したサンプルの質量(A1)を測定した。
=((A2+B)−(A1+B))/A1×100
=(A2−A1)/A1×100
A1:浸漬前のシートの質量
A2:浸漬後のシートの質量
B :浸漬前後の冷間圧延鋼板の質量
(3) 引張剪断接着力
引張剪断接着力の測定方法を、図2〜図4を参照して説明する。なお、図3(b)および図4(b)において、シート1および充填封止用発泡体9の相対位置を明確に示すため、第2鋼板20を省略している。

*7:商品名「jER834」、ビスフェノールA型エポキシ樹脂、SP値:22.3、エポキシ当量230〜270g/eqiv.、三菱化学社製

Claims (5)
- 側鎖にエステル結合を有するビニル共重合体、有機過酸化物、発泡剤、疎水性樹脂および親水性樹脂を含有し、
前記疎水性樹脂の含有割合が、前記ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して、5〜25質量部であり、
前記親水性樹脂の含有割合が、前記ビニル共重合体100質量部に対して、1〜20質量部であり、
前記疎水性樹脂が、スチレン・ブタジエンゴム、アクリロニトリル・ブタジエンゴムおよびブチルゴムからなる群から選択される少なくとも1種の合成ゴムであり、
前記親水性樹脂が、エポキシ樹脂および/またはポリアミド樹脂であることを特徴する、充填封止用発泡組成物。 - 前記ビニル共重合体が、エチレン・酢酸ビニル共重合体であることを特徴とする、請求項1に記載の充填封止用発泡組成物。
- 前記発泡剤が、アゾジカルボンアミドであることを特徴とする、請求項1または2に記載の充填封止用発泡組成物。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の充填封止用発泡組成物と、
前記充填封止用発泡組成物に装着され、中空部材の内部空間に取り付け可能な取付部材と
を備えることを特徴とする、充填封止発泡部材。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか一項に記載の充填封止用発泡組成物を発泡させることによって得られることを特徴とする、充填封止用発泡体。
