前記CO2リーン燃焼ガスを、酸洗浄溶液とともにおよび充填されたベット洗浄域において液体再利用を用いて洗浄し、前記ガス中のアミンおよびそのアルカリ性分解生成物を除去するかまたはその量を減少させるステップと、
前記酸洗浄溶液の一部を取り出し、溶液のアミン塩をアルカリ存在下で沸騰しアミンカチオンをCO2捕捉のためのアミン吸収剤として再利用される遊離アミン蒸気として遊離するアミン回収器へと導くステップと、
前記酸洗浄溶液の排水を、前記酸洗浄溶液がアルカリと反応する前反応器に導入し、真空またはストリッピングガスの導入によりストリッピングし、それにより、前記酸洗浄溶液が前記アミン回収器へと導入される前に、前記洗浄溶液からアンモニアを選択的に除去するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記アミン回収器からの蒸気およびガス状アミンを、水およびアミン蒸留物からのガス状アンモニアの分離のために分留カラムへと送るステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 炭酸を含む補給水を、必要とされるpHを得るために追加的な酸が加えられる処理において凝縮水から洗浄システムに供給するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- 酸性水洗浄回路における熱交換器を用いて、水量および水中の溶解化合物の濃度を制御するステップをさらに含む、請求項1に記載の方法。
- CO2捕捉装置の燃焼ガスからのアミン類およびそのアルカリ性分解生成物の大気中への放出を除去する、または十分に減少させるための方法であって、前記方法は、
吸収域における吸収剤への逆流によってCO 2 を捕捉するステップであって、前記吸収剤は、周囲に放出されるCO2 リーン燃焼ガスを得るための1つまたは複数のアミンの水溶液を含む吸収剤と、さらに処理されるCO2 リッチガスを得るための再生カラムにおいて再生されるCO2 リッチ吸収剤と、前記吸収域へ再循環される再生済みの吸収剤とを含むステップと、
前記CO2リーン燃焼ガスを、硫酸、リン酸、硝酸、酢酸、ギ酸およびクエン酸のいずれかの酸洗浄溶液を用いて洗浄し、前記ガス中のアミンおよびアルカリ性分解生成物の量を除去するかまたは減少させるステップと、
前記酸洗浄溶液の一部を取り出し、溶液のアミン塩をアルカリ存在下で沸騰しアミンカチオンをCO 2 捕捉のためのアミン吸収剤として再利用される遊離アミン蒸気として遊離するアミン回収器へと導くステップと、
前記酸洗浄溶液の排水を、前記酸洗浄溶液がアルカリと反応する前反応器に導入し、真空またはストリッピングガスの導入によりストリッピングし、それにより、前記酸洗浄溶液が前記アミン回収器へと導入される前に、前記酸洗浄溶液からアンモニアを選択的に除去するステップと、
を含む、方法。 - 前記CO2リーン燃焼ガスをトレイまたは充填ベット洗浄域において液体再循環を用いて酸性水溶液によって洗浄するステップをさらに含む、請求項5に記載の方法。
- 前記アミン回収器からの蒸気および揮発性アミンを水およびアミン蒸留物からのガス状アンモニアの分離のための分留カラムへと送るステップをさらに含む、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 前記酸洗浄溶液の一部を取り出し、CO2捕捉のためのアミン吸収剤へと導くステップをさらに含む、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 前記酸洗浄溶液を、アルカリ性溶液、イオン交換、透析またはバクテリア分解を用いたさらなる処理のためにタンクへと取り出すステップをさらに含む、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 炭酸を含む補給水を凝縮水から洗浄システムに供給し、硫酸、リン酸、硝酸、酢酸、ギ酸およびクエン酸から選択される追加的な酸を要求されたpHを得るために添加するステップをさらに含む、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
- 酸性水洗浄回路における熱交換機を用いて、水量および水中の溶解化合物の濃度を制御するステップをさらに含む、請求項5または6に記載の方法。
