Claims (16)
- 患者情報を通信するシステムであって、
a. 第1の空洞と第2の空洞とを有する医療インプラントであって、前記第1の空洞と前記第2の空洞が1つまたは複数の開口によって接続され、前記第1の空洞が、回路基板に実装された電子部品を収容するように構成され、前記回路基板に実装された電子部品が、少なくとも1つのセンサと、マイクロプロセッサと、データ送信機とを備え、前記第2の空洞がインプラントアンテナを収容するように構成された医療インプラントと、
b. 第1の信号を生成するように構成された信号発生器と、
c. 前記信号発生器に電気的に接続された増幅器と、
d. 前記増幅器に電気的に接続された少なくとも1つのコイルと、
e. 前記インプラントアンテナからデータを有するデータパケットを受信するように構成された受信機と、
f. 前記受信機に接続されたプロセッサとを備え、
g. 前記信号発生器が前記第1の信号を生成し、前記増幅器が前記第1の信号を増幅し、前記少なくとも1つのコイルが前記増幅された第1の信号を送信し、前記インプラントアンテナが前記増幅された第1の信号を受信し、データを含むデータパケットを送信し、前記受信機が前記データパケットを受信し、前記プロセッサが前記データを処理するか、または前記データをデータ記憶デバイスに送信する、システム。 - 前記プロセッサが、デスクトップコンピュータ、ラップトップコンピュータ、携帯情報端末、移動携帯デバイス、および専用デバイスからなる群から選択される、請求項1に記載のシステム。
- 前記受信機が、前記プロセッサに接続するためのアダプタを有するアンテナである、請求項1から2のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記回路基板に実装された電子部品が、複数のセンサアセンブリと、マルチプレクサとを備える、請求項1から3のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記少なくとも1つのコイルが送信コイルである、請求項1から4のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- パドル内部に収容された2つのコイルがある、請求項1から5のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記信号発生器および前記増幅器が内部に収容された制御ユニットをさらに備える、請求項1から6のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- フィードバックインジケータ、荷重計、携帯型記憶デバイス、第2のプロセッサからなる群から選択される1つまたは複数のコンポーネントをさらに備える、請求項1から7のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記増幅された第1の信号が125kHzの周波数を有する、請求項1から8のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記医療インプラントは全体として円筒形をなし、前記第1の空洞と前記第2の空洞とは、前記医療インプラントの中心軸線に直交する断面において、互いに90°の角度をなす位置に配置される、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記医療インプラントは全体として円筒形をなし、前記第1の空洞と前記第2の空洞とは、前記医療インプラントの中心軸線に直交する断面において、正対向位置に配置される、請求項1から9のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記第1の空洞と前記第2の空洞の少なくとも1つがカバーをさらに備える、請求項1から11のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記回路基板に実装された電子部品が、LC回路と、ブリッジ整流器と、蓄積キャパシタと、ウェイクアップ回路と、マイクロプロセッサと、測定イネーブルスイッチと、増幅器と、ホイートストーンブリッジアセンブリと、変調スイッチとを備える、請求項1から12のいずれか1項に記載のシステム。
- 前記マイクロプロセッサがアナログデジタルコンバータを含む、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記変調スイッチがロード信号を変調する、請求項13に記載のシステム。
- 前記ロード信号が5kHz〜6kHzの周波数で変調される、請求項15に記載のシステム。
