Claims (7)
- 湿潤空気が吸入される吸入部と、冷却器を有し吸入された前記湿潤空気を冷却し該湿潤空気中の水分を結露させて除湿を行う除湿部と、放熱器を有し前記除湿部で除湿された乾燥空気を加熱し排出する排出部と、前記除湿部で前記湿潤空気の冷却を行うと共に前記排出部で前記乾燥空気の加熱を行う冷媒循環系と、前記湿潤空気と前記除湿部で除湿された前記乾燥空気との熱交換を行う熱交換器とを具備し、
該熱交換器は、一方の側面に高温流体入口と高温流体出口を有し、他方の側面に前記高温流体入口に対向する低温流体出口と前記高温流体出口に対向する低温流体入口を有し、高温の前記湿潤空気が前記高温流体入口から流入し、前記高温流体出口から流出し、低温の前記乾燥空気が前記低温流体入口から流入し、前記低温流体出口から流出し、前記湿潤空気と前記乾燥空気との熱交換を行う様構成され、
前記吸入部は前記熱交換器の前記一方の側面の一端部に設けられ、前記吸入部は前記湿潤空気を吸入する吸入口と、内部に収納された吸入ファンと、前記湿潤空気を吐出する流出口として前記高温流体入口とを有し、前記吸入ファンにより前記吸入口から吸入した前記湿潤空気を前記高温流体入口から前記熱交換器に流入させる様構成され、
前記排出部は前記熱交換器の前記他方の側面に前記吸入部に対向して設けられ、前記排出部は前記乾燥空気を吸入する吸入口として前記低温流体出口と、内部に収納された排出ファン及び放熱器と、前記乾燥空気を吐出する排出口とを有し、前記排出ファンにより前記低温流体出口から吸引した前記乾燥空気を前記放熱器で加熱し、前記排出口より排出する様構成され、
前記除湿部は、前記熱交換器の他端部に設けられ、前記除湿部は前記湿潤空気の流入口として前記高温流体出口と、除湿後の前記乾燥空気が流出される流出口として前記低温流体入口と、内部に収納された冷却器と、前記高温流体出口から前記冷却器を経て前記低温流体入口に至る流路とを有し、前記冷却器により前記高温流体出口から流入した前記湿潤空気中の水分を結露させ除湿を行い、前記乾燥空気として前記低温流体入口より流出させる様構成され、
前記冷媒循環系は、冷媒を前記放熱器と前記冷却器との間で循環させる様構成されたことを特徴とする除湿機。 - 前記除湿部内に仕切を設け、該仕切により前記湿潤空気が流通する湿潤空気流路と、前記乾燥空気が流通する乾燥空気流路とを形成した請求項1の除湿機。
- 前記熱交換器は中空箱体に構成されたケーシングと該ケーシング内に収納された伝熱体から構成され、該伝熱体は平板が交互に反対方向に折返され、該平板間に第1流路と第2流路とが交互に多層形成され、前記ケーシングの前記平板の折返し線と平行な前板、後板の内、前記前板側に前記第2流路に連通する前記高温流体入口と前記高温流体出口とが設けられ、前記後板側に前記第1流路と連通する前記低温流体入口と前記低温流体出口とが設けられ、前記伝熱体の端部に対峙する側板と前記伝熱体との間には該伝熱体側から前記端部全域を覆う側板シール部材、剛性を有する押え板が介設され、該押え板と前記側板間には付勢手段が設けられ、該付勢手段は前記押え板を介して前記側板シール部材を前記伝熱体の端部に押圧し、前記側板シール部材は前記第1流路、前記第2流路を気密に閉塞する請求項1又は請求項2の除湿機。
- 前記付勢手段は、所要の分布で配置されたコイルスプリングであり、該コイルスプリングの押え板側からフランジナットが挿入され、前記側板を挿通するスプリング支持ボルトが前記フランジナットに螺合され、前記スプリング支持ボルトを締込み前記コイルスプリングを圧縮させることで、該コイルスプリングの前記押え板への押圧力を拘束し、前記スプリング支持ボルトを緩めることで、前記コイルスプリングの拘束を解除し前記押え板へ押圧力を作用させる様にした請求項3の除湿機。
- 前記伝熱体の最上部の平板と最下部の平板とを同方向に折返し、最上部の平板の先端及び最下部の平板の先端にそれぞれシール部材を嵌合し、該シール部材をケーシングの天板に設けた縁押え金具により、該縁押え金具と前記天板とで挾持し、又ケーシングの底板に設けた縁押え金具により、該縁押え金具と前記底板とで挾持し、前記伝熱体を固定した請求項3又は請求項4の除湿機。
- 折返された平板の表面側及び裏面側に突起部が突出され、対峙する平板の表面側突起と裏面側突起が突合わされ、対峙する平板間に流路となる間隙が形成された請求項3の除湿機。
- 前記平板の側端部を前記第1流路又は前記第2流路を閉塞する様気密に接合し、該第2流路と前記第1流路とを隔離した請求項3〜請求項6のうちいずれかの除湿機。
