Claims (4)
- 中空箱体に構成されたケーシングと該ケーシング内に収納された伝熱体から構成される熱交換器であって、前記伝熱体は、平板が交互に反対方向に折返され、該平板間に第1流路と第2流路とが交互に多層形成され、前記ケーシングの前記平板の折返し線と平行な前板、後板の内、前記前板側に前記第2流路に連通する高温流体入口と高温流体出口とが設けられ、前記後板側に前記第1流路に連通する低温流体入口と低温流体出口とが設けられ、前記伝熱体の端部に対峙する側板と前記伝熱体との間には該伝熱体側から前記端部全域を覆い前記第1流路、前記第2流路の端部を気密に閉塞する側板シール部材と、該側板シール部材に当接し、剛性を有する押え板が介設され、
該押え板と前記側板間には、前記押え板を介して前記側板シール部材を前記伝熱体の端部に押圧する付勢手段が設けられ、
該付勢手段は、所要の分布で配置されたコイルスプリングであり、該コイルスプリングの前記押え板側からフランジナットが挿入され、前記側板を挿通するスプリング支持ボルトが前記フランジナットに螺合して連結され、前記スプリング支持ボルトを締込み前記スプリングを圧縮させることで、該スプリングの前記押え板への押圧力を拘束し、前記スプリング支持ボルトと前記フランジナットとの連結を維持した状態で前記スプリング支持ボルトを緩めることで、前記スプリングの拘束を解除し前記フランジナットを介して前記押え板へ押圧力を作用させる様にしたことを特徴とする熱交換器。 - 前記側板には、凹溝を形成するスプリングホルダが複数設けられ、各スプリングホルダには前記コイルスプリングが複数収納され、前記スプリングホルダは前記コイルスプリングのガイド機能と前記側板の補強機能を有する請求項1の熱交換器。
- 前記側板は、ケーシングの天板と底板との間に設けられ、
前記伝熱体は最上部の平板と最下部の平板とが同方向に折返され、最上部の平板の先端及び最下部の平板の先端にそれぞれシール部材が嵌合され、
前記天板と前記側板との間、及び前記底板と前記側板との間にそれぞれ縁押え金具を挾設し、該縁押え金具は端部がケーシング内部に延出し、外端部はそれぞれ前記天板、前記底板から離反する様に傾斜し、前記天板、前記底板との間にV字状の溝を形成し、
前記シール部材は前記V字状の溝に挿入されると共に前記縁押え金具と前記天板及び前記縁押え金具と前記底板とで挾持し、前記伝熱体を固定した請求項1又は請求項2の熱交換器。 - 折返された平板の表面側及び裏面側に突起部が突出され、対峙する平板の表面側突起と裏面側突起が突合わされ、対峙する平板間に流路となる間隙が形成された請求項1の熱交換器。
