Description
車両に搭載され、開口(16)が形成されたケース体(10)と、
ケース体(10)の内部に配設された蓄電部(20)と、
ケース体(10)の内部に配設され、蓄電部(20)の充放電を制御する充放電制御部(30)と、を備え、
ケース体(10)は、車両に搭載された状態における開口(16)よりも上方に、内面が上方に向かって凹んだ凹部を形成する凹部形成部(17)を有しており、
蓄電部(20)は、凹部形成部(17)の内部に配設されており、
充放電制御部(30)は、凹部形成部(17)の内部のうち、ケース体(10)の外部を水位が上昇して開口(16)の全域を水が覆った時点における水位高さ位置よりも上方の領域である上部領域(18)に配設されていることを特徴としている。
蓄電部(20)は、第1蓄電部(20)であり、
凹部形成部(17)の内部における充放電制御部(30)よりも下方の所定高さ位置への水位到達を検出する水位到達検出手段(60)と、
第1蓄電部(20)よりも上方に搭載された第2蓄電部(4)と、を備え、
充放電制御部(30)は、水位到達検出手段(60)が凹部形成部(17)内の所定高さ位置への水位到達を検出した場合には、第1蓄電部(20)の充放電を禁止し、第2蓄電部(4)の充放電を許可することを特徴としている。
図1は、本発明を適用した第1の実施形態における車載用蓄電装置である電池パック1の概略構成を示す断面図であり、図2は、電池パック1および電池パック1と電気的に接続された充放電系統の構成を示す模式図である。
以上、本発明の好ましい実施形態について説明したが、本発明は上述した実施形態に何ら制限されることなく、本発明の主旨を逸脱しない範囲において種々変形して実施することが可能である。

Claims (6)
- 車両に搭載され、開口(16)が形成されたケース体(10)と、
前記ケース体(10)の内部に配設された蓄電部(20)と、
前記ケース体(10)の内部に配設され、前記蓄電部(20)の充放電を制御する充放電制御部(30)と、を備え、
前記ケース体(10)は、前記車両に搭載された状態における前記開口(16)よりも上方に、内面が上方に向かって凹んだ凹部を形成する凹部形成部(17)を有しており、
前記蓄電部(20)は、前記凹部形成部(17)の内部に配設されており、
前記充放電制御部(30)は、前記凹部形成部(17)の内部のうち、前記ケース体(10)の外部を水位が上昇して前記開口(16)の全域を水が覆った時点における水位高さ位置よりも上方の領域である上部領域(18)に配設されていることを特徴とする車載用蓄電装置。 - 前記蓄電部(20)は、前記凹部形成部(17)の内部のうち、前記上部領域(18)に配設されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の車載用蓄電装置。
- 前記ケース体(10)の内部から外部へ延設され、前記蓄電部(20)を充放電する充放電電力を伝導する電力伝導線(70)を備え、
前記電力伝導線(70)は、前記開口(16)に挿通されて前記ケース体(10)の内部から外部へ延設されていることを特徴とする請求項1または請求項2に記載の車載用蓄電装置。 - 前記ケース体(10)の外表面に設けられ、前記ケース体(10)の内部の熱を前記ケース体(10)の外部に放熱する放熱フィン(19)を備えることを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項3のいずれか1つに記載の車載用蓄電装置。
- 前記蓄電部(20)は、第1蓄電部(20)であり、
前記凹部形成部(17)の内部における前記充放電制御部(30)よりも下方の所定高さ位置への水位到達を検出する水位到達検出手段(60)と、
前記第1蓄電部(20)よりも上方に搭載された第2蓄電部(4)と、を備え、
前記充放電制御部(30)は、前記水位到達検出手段(60)が前記所定高さ位置への水位到達を検出した場合には、前記第1蓄電部(20)の充放電を禁止し、前記第2蓄電部(4)の充放電を許可することを特徴とする請求項1ないし請求項4のいずれか1つに記載の車載蓄電装置。 - 前記所定高さ位置は、前記凹部形成部(17)の内部における前記充放電制御部(30)よりも下方、かつ、前記第1蓄電部(20)よりも下方に位置することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の車載蓄電装置。
