Claims (21)
- カートリッジのための送出装置であって、圧力下にあるガスを供給するための接続部(136)と、基体(1,101,201)とを有していて、該基体(1,101,201)内に少なくとも1つの貫通孔(140)および/または通路(130,135)が延びていて、該貫通孔(140)および/または通路(130,135)により、圧力下にあるガスを、カートリッジを接続するための第1のカートリッジ接続片(6,106,206)に導くことができ、第1のカートリッジ接続片(6,106,206)が、貫通孔(140)および/または前方の通路(130)への第1の開口(25,125)を有しており、これによりカートリッジ接続片(6,106,206)内に配置されたカートリッジを圧力下にあるガスにより負荷した場合に、カートリッジ内容物をカートリッジから追い出すことができる形式のものにおいて、
第1のカートリッジ接続片(6,106,206)の前縁に、より大きな横断面と第2の開口とを有する第2のカートリッジ接続片(4,104,204)が配置されており、第2のカートリッジ接続片(4,104,204)が、より大きなカートリッジの接続のために適しており、第2のカートリッジ接続片(4,104,204)の第2の開口は、カートリッジが第2の開口を貫通して第1のカートリッジ接続片(6,106,206)に接続可能であるような大きさに形成されていることを特徴とする、カートリッジのための送出装置。 - カートリッジ接続片(4,104,204,6,106,206)が、一方の閉じた側を有する円筒状の中空体であり、第2のカートリッジ接続片(4,104,204)の閉じた側が、第2の開口を有しており、第1のカートリッジ接続片(6,106,206)の閉じた側が、第1の開口(25,125)を有している、請求項1記載の送出装置。
- カートリッジ接続片(4,104,204,6,106,206)の内面に、カートリッジを位置固定するための位置固定装置(20,120,21,121)が配置されている、請求項1または2記載の送出装置。
- 前記位置固定装置(20,120,21,121)が、2つの同心円上でカートリッジ接続片(4,104,204,6,106,206)に配置されている、請求項3記載の送出装置。
- 前記位置固定装置(20,120,21,121)が、ねじ山である、請求項3または4記載の送出装置。
- 前記位置固定装置(20,120,21,121)が係止装置(26)を有している、請求項3または4記載の送出装置。
- 前記係止装置(26)は、一方向で変形可能なピンである、請求項6記載の送出装置。
- 送出装置が、該送出装置の弁を操作するためのトリガグリップ(10,110)と基体(1,101,201)とを有していて、該基体(1,101,201)内に、操作可能な弁により閉鎖可能かつ開放され得る少なくとも1つの貫通孔(140)が延びており、該貫通孔(140)により、圧力下にあるガスをカートリッジ接続片(4,104,204,6,106,206)に導くことができ、前記開口(25,125)が、貫通孔(140)に通じており、弁が、回転可能に基体(1,101,201)内に配置された弁体(3,103)であり、トリガグリップ(10,110)の運動が、基体(1,101,201)内での弁体(3,103)の回転をもたらし、貫通孔(140)が、弁体(3,103)内に、または弁体(3,103)に沿って配置されており、これにより弁体(3,103)の第1の位置で、貫通孔(140)が閉じられていて、弁体(3,103)の第2の位置で、弁体(3,103)内の、または弁体(3,103)に沿った貫通孔(140)が、圧力下にあるガスをカートリッジ接続片(4,104,204,6,106,206)に導くようになっている、請求項1から7までのいずれか1項記載の送出装置。
- 少なくとも1つの貫通孔(140)と、カートリッジ接続片(6,106,206)との間で、少なくとも1つの前方の通路(130)が基体(110)内に配置されている、かつ/または少なくとも1つの貫通孔(140)と、圧力下にあるガスを供給するための接続部(136)との間で、少なくとも1つの後方の通路(135)が配置されている、請求項8記載の送出装置。
- 第2の貫通孔(140)が、弁体(3,103)内に、または弁体(3,103)に沿って配置されており、第2の貫通孔(140)が、弁体(3,103)の第3の位置で、カートリッジ接続片(4,104,204,6,106,206)を第1の排出部に接続し、これによりカートリッジ接続片(4,104,204,6,106,206)における過剰圧力が、弁体(3,103)の第3の位置で第1の排出部を通じて漏れ出ることができる、請求項8または9記載の送出装置。
- 第1の排出通路(137)は、該第1の排出通路(137)が弁体(3,103)の第3の位置で第2の貫通孔(140)を第1の排出部に接続するように、基体(1,101,201)内に配置されている、請求項10記載の送出装置。
- 第3の貫通孔(140)が、弁体(3,103)内に、または弁体(3,103)に沿って配置されており、該第3の貫通孔(140)が、分岐通路を有していて、第3の貫通孔(140)が、弁体(3,103)の第4の位置で、カートリッジ接続片(4,104,204,6,106,206)と圧力下にあるガスとを第2の排出部に接続し、これにより、送出装置内の過剰圧力が弁体(3,103)の第4の位置で、第2の排出部を通じて漏れ出ることができる、請求項8から11までのいずれか1項記載の送出装置。
- 前記第3の貫通孔(140)と、圧力下にあるガスを供給するための接続部(136)との間に、第2の後方の通路(135)が基体(1,101,201)内に配置されており、かつ/または第2の排出通路(131)は、該第2の排出通路(131)が弁体(3,103)の第4の位置で第3の貫通孔(140)の分岐通路を第2の排出部に接続するように、基体(1,101,201)内に配置されている、請求項12記載の送出装置。
- 排出部の少なくとも1つに、細菌フィルタ(132,138)が配置されている、かつ/または排出部の少なくとも1つに過圧弁が配置されている、請求項10または11記載の送出装置。
- 前記トリガグリップ(10,110)が、回転可能な弁体(3,103)の下面に堅固に配置されており、これにより、トリガグリップ(10,110)によって弁体(3,103)が基体(1,101,201)内で回転可能である、請求項8から14までのいずれか1項記載の送出装置。
- 回転可能な弁体(3,103)に、位置表示器(15,115,215)が配置されており、該位置表示器(15,115,215)において、基体(1,101,201)内での弁体(3,103)の位置を読み取り可能である、請求項8から15までのいずれか1項記載の送出装置。
- 送出装置の下面に、送出装置を保持するためのグリップ(8,108)が配置されている、請求項1から16までのいずれか1項記載の送出装置。
- 弁体(3,103)が、少なくとも部分的に回転対称な円錐形成形体であって、該成形体が、基体(1,101,201)の、弁体(3,103)の形状に適合する円錐形の開口(2)内で回転可能に支承されており、弁体(3,103)の外壁が、貫通孔(140)の開口を除いて、基体(1,101,201)の円錐形の開口(2)の壁に弁体(3,103)のあらゆる位置において密に接触しており、これにより貫通孔(140)の、基体(1,101,201)内の少なくとも1つの通路(130,131,135,137)への接続が漏れないようになっている、請求項8から17までのいずれか1項記載の送出装置。
- 基体(1,101,201)内に、楔(262)のための切欠き(260)が設けられていて、切欠き(260)内に押し込まれた楔(262)が、弁体(3,103)を基体(1,101,201)の円錐形の開口内へ押圧し、これにより弁体(3,103)が、円錐形の開口(2)内で気密なプレス嵌めを生ぜしめる、請求項18記載の送出装置。
- 送出装置の、カートリッジ接続片(4,104,204,6,106,206)とは反対の側で基体(1,101,201)内に、ガスカートリッジのための中空室が設けられており、圧力下にあるガスを供給するための接続部(136)が、中空室内に配置されていて、かつガスカートリッジを開放するための針体(136)を有しており、基体(1,101,201)に、取付け手段(150)を備えた閉鎖キャップ(17,117,217)を取り付けるための取付け手段(146)が配置されていて、ガスカートリッジ(142)が閉鎖キャップ(17,117,217)の取付けにより開放され得るようになっており、閉鎖キャップ(17,117,217)が付加的にロック手段(148)を有しており、該ロック手段(148)が、中空室内のロック装置(144)に係合し、ロック装置(144)が適当なサイズの挿入されたガスカートリッジ(142)を中空室内で位置決めするようになっている、請求項1から19までのいずれか1項記載の送出装置。
- 前記貫通孔(140)が、ほぼ真っ直ぐに弁体(3,103)の内部を通って延びており、貫通孔(140)が、弁体(3,103)の回転軸線を中心として10°〜80°の角度だけ互いにずらされている、請求項10から20までのいずれか1項記載の送出装置。
