Claims (7)
- 多層回転成形品の孔部に溶着して取り付けられる配管用継手であって、
前記多層回転成形品が、
内側に配置され、第1の樹脂の粉末から成形された第1の樹脂層と、
外側に配置され、第2の樹脂の粉末から成形された第2の樹脂層と、
前記第1の樹脂層と前記第2の樹脂層との間にこれらの層と接して配置され、前記第1の樹脂の粉末と前記第2の樹脂の粉末とを混合した粉末から成形された混合樹脂層とを備え、
前記配管用継手が、
前記第1の樹脂と同系統の樹脂から成形された筒状の内側樹脂層と、
前記第2の樹脂と同系統の樹脂から成形され、前記内側樹脂層を覆う外側樹脂層とを備え、
前記多層回転成形品の前記孔部周辺の前記第2の樹脂層と溶着させるフランジ部が前記外側樹脂層に形成されており、前記多層回転成形品の前記孔部に嵌められる筒状部が、前記内側樹脂層と前記外側樹脂層とから形成されており、前記孔部の前記第1の樹脂層と接する前記筒状部の部分が、前記内側樹脂層のみから形成されていることを特徴とする多層回転成形品の配管用継手。 - 前記第1の樹脂層及び内側樹脂層がポリプロピレン系樹脂から形成され、前記第2の樹脂層及び外側樹脂層がポリエチレン系樹脂から形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の多層回転成形品の配管用継手。
- 前記内側樹脂層の外周部に外側に向かって延びる凸部が形成されており、前記外側樹脂層の内周部に前記凸部が嵌まる凹部が形成されていることを特徴とする請求項1または2に記載の多層回転成形品の配管用継手。
- 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の配管用継手を製造する方法であって、
前記内側樹脂層を成形する工程と、
前記内側樹脂層を金型内に配置し、前記内側樹脂層の周囲に前記外側樹脂層の樹脂を射出して前記外側樹脂層を成形する工程とを備えることを特徴とする多層回転成形品の配管用継手の製造方法。 - 請求項1〜3のいずれか1項に記載の配管用継手を前記多層回転成形品の前記孔部に溶着する方法であって、
溶着させる際前記第2の樹脂層と接する前記フランジ部の先端面を加熱するための第1の加熱面と、前記筒状部の外周面を加熱するための第2の加熱面とを有する第1の加熱手段で、前記フランジ部の先端面及び前記筒状部の外周面を加熱する工程と、
前記孔部の周辺の前記第2の樹脂層を加熱するための第3の加熱面と、前記孔部内の内周面を加熱するための第4の加熱面とを有する第2の加熱手段で、前記孔部の周辺の前記第2の樹脂層及び前記孔部内の内周面を加熱する工程と、
加熱した前記フランジ部の先端面と加熱した前記孔部の周辺の前記第2の樹脂層とを当接させるとともに、加熱した前記筒状部の外周面と加熱した前記孔部内の内周面とを当接させてそれぞれを溶着させることにより、前記配管用継手を前記多層回転成形品の前記孔部に溶着させる工程とを備え、
前記第1の加熱手段で前記筒状部の外周面を加熱するため前記筒状部の外周面の周囲に前記第2の加熱面を配置した際、前記内側樹脂層のみから形成された前記筒状部の先端部よりも、前記内側樹脂層と前記外側樹脂層から形成された前記筒状部の基部において、前記第2の加熱面との間で、より大きな隙間が形成されるように、前記第2の加熱面が設けられていることを特徴とする配管用継手と多層回転成形品の溶着方法。 - 前記第2の加熱手段で前記孔部内の内周面を加熱するため前記孔部内に前記第4の加熱面を配置した際、前記孔部内の前記第2の樹脂層の部分よりも、前記孔部内の前記第1の樹脂層の部分において、前記第4の加熱面との間で、より大きな隙間が形成されるように、前記第4の加熱面が設けられていることを特徴とする請求項5に記載の配管用継手と多層回転成形品の溶着方法。
- 前記第1の加熱手段と前記第2の加熱手段とが一体的に設けられたヒーターを用いて、前記フランジ部の先端面及び前記筒状部の外周面と、前記孔部の周辺の前記第2の樹脂層及び前記孔部内の内周面とを同時に加熱することを特徴とする請求項5に記載の配管用継手と多層回転成形品の溶着方法。
