Description

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用于制造液压箱的方法。
背景技术
由例如DE102013222908A1已知用于制造液压箱的方法,其中箱壳体通过旋转烧结来制造。在旋转烧结过程中,将烧结粉末填充到旋转工具中,并且在得到供热的情况下,借助旋转工具的运动而使烧结粉末均匀地分布于工具壁。在将粉末烧结之后,将液压箱从模具脱出。将出口喷嘴以常规方式焊接至箱壳体,其中没有公开如何制造附接部件本身。
在DE102010049974A1中,提出了一种用于制造液压箱的箱壳体的旋转模塑成型方法。箱壳体具有连接开口,连接元件穿过该连接开口。液压管线可以连接到连接元件。连接元件形成管套接口,该管套接口可以螺旋固定到箱壳体。为此目的,呈螺纹插入件形式的金属插入组件附接到连接开口。当通过旋转模塑成型方法制造箱壳体时,使用插入组件或增强组件会导致相当高的成本。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用于液压箱的改进的制造方法,其即使在数量相对较少的情况下也可以简单且便宜地制造高质量的液压箱。
根据本发明,该任务通过以下方法来实现。
具体地,该任务通过用于制造由塑料制成的液压箱的方法来实现,其中液压箱具有箱壳体和至少一个附接元件,该附接元件附接到箱壳体。在该方法中,通过液体旋转模塑成型来制造箱壳体。可选地,可以获得通过液体旋转模塑成型制造的用于进一步加工的箱壳体。在液体旋转模塑成型的情况下,将至少一种液体原材料引入旋转工具。将旋转工具设置为进行运动,以使得液体原材料分布于旋转工具内。在原材料固化之后,将箱壳体从模具脱出。根据本发明,附接元件通过注射模塑成型制造,或者提供由注射元件制造的附接元件。注射模塑成型的附接元件和通过液体旋转模塑成型形成的箱壳体彼此连接。
由此,原材料的多个单独的液体组分或多种液体原材料在旋转工具的外部混合,然后作为反应混合物引入到旋转工具中。在旋转工具中进行反应或聚合。可选地,可以想到将多种液体原材料分开引入到旋转工具中,并将它们在旋转工具内混合成反应混合物。
例如,可以将液体反应混合物引入到预热的旋转工具中,该旋转工具包含由活化剂和催化剂的至少一种作为原材料制成的先质(precursor)。紧临在将混合物引入到预热的旋转工具之前,将组分混合然后引入。
液体旋转模塑成型使得材料表面具有高质量水平,特别是获得光滑的材料表面。当将箱壳体连接到附接元件时,该优点尤其有效。由于表面高质量水平,所以在组装状态下与附接元件邻接的箱壳体的连接表面不可以分开加工。相反,在通过液体旋转模塑成型制造箱壳体之后,附接元件可以直接连接到箱壳体,例如通过焊接。
这同样适用于密封表面,其可以直接使用而无需机械加工。
液体旋转模塑成型所需的旋转工具相对便宜。因此,制造成本降低并且可以少量制造。
附接元件的制造通过另一种方法进行,即通过注射模塑成型。借助于此,可以采用精确的方式来实现具有复杂几何形状的组件。通过注射模塑成型来制造附接元件具有的进一步的优点是,附接元件被设想为交叉产品组件(cross-product component),从而以这种方式能够生产更多的数量。
此外,本发明具有的优点在于,通过液体旋转模塑成型可以单件制造封闭的箱壳体。与其他方法相比,对于通过液体旋转模塑成型制造的箱壳体,不存在必须重新加工的碎裂或焊接接缝。箱壳体制造为单件,而没有焊接接缝或几乎无张力的方式的连接。
在液体旋转模塑成型的情况下,材料的固化温度低于其熔融温度。借助于此将液压箱的收缩和翘曲最小化。在液体旋转模塑成型的情况下,箱壳体在大气压下以几乎无张力的方式生产,因为液体在模塑过程中和硬化过程中实际上不会经受任何张力。如果需要的话,可以通过调节加工参数和原材料的量来改变箱壳体的壁厚而无需改变工具。
通过将旋转工具预先调温至约160℃并将旋转工具设置成在加热至温度约200℃-205℃的炉内进行运动,可以调节合适的例如用于加工PA6的加工温度。冷却发生在大约70℃。
如在DE102014106998A1中进一步详细描述的那样,在液体旋转模塑成型的情况下,采用将为箱壳体提供的材料的化学先质(所谓的塑料先质)作为液体形式的熔融物质引入到旋转工具中并在旋转下化学聚合成最终的塑料材料的方法,在更高熔融或软化温度下加工热塑性塑料。
该方法用于例如由聚酰胺6(PA6)、聚酰胺12(PA12)或它们的共聚物制造箱壳体。使用相应的内酰胺(例如,己内酰胺和/或月桂内酰胺)作为塑料先质,它们在正常条件中的室温下以固体形式存在,但是它们在液体旋转模塑成型期间被加工为具有非常低粘度水平的熔融物质。加工温度保持在成品塑料的熔融温度下。在本发明的范围内,该方法可用于包括液体旋转模塑成型和关于液体旋转模塑成型的注射模塑成型的组合方法的情况之下。其他液体旋转模塑成型方法也可以包括在本发明的范围内。
制造的箱壳体由塑料材料构成,该塑料材料在旋转工具的模塑成型期间首先由塑料先质制成,该塑料先质最初以液体形式存在于旋转工具内。
本发明与在后公开的申请第PCT/EP2016/072611号的不同之处在于,旋转模塑成型执行为液体旋转模塑成型。
优选地,附接元件包括具有塑料体的连接元件,所述连接元件可以连接到液压管线和/或过滤器壳体。
因此,连接元件的塑料体可以在注射模塑成型期间制造为单件式塑料体。连接元件可以具有高水平的尺寸精度并且特征是具有高水平的机械弹性。液压管线可以连接到连接元件,由此液压管线可以将液压流体供应到箱壳体和/或可以将液压流体从箱壳体移除。
可以使用液体旋转模塑成型方法来制造没有金属子组件的箱壳体。可以在没有箱壳体中的高成本金属插件或增强部件或其他金属组件的情况下制造箱壳体。
总而言之,根据本发明的液压箱(特别是在小到中等数量的情况下)的特征为,在考虑到投资成本和同时实现复杂的几何形状的设计选项的情况下,具有非常高的性价比。
基于液压箱的目的,可以采用便宜的方式来将箱壳体制造成具有各种所需的几何形状。因此,箱壳体可以根据目前的要求而具有所需数量的连接开口,并且可以在连接开口处布置预制的连接元件,将连接元件的塑料体焊接到箱壳体。连接元件可以采用模块化组件的形式来大量生产备货,并且可以用于不同的箱壳体,每个箱壳体使用液体旋转模塑成型方法来制造。
至少一个连接元件的塑料体优选使用注射模塑成型方法制造为单个组件。在这种实施例中,塑料体不能由多个组件组成。这使得成本可以进一步降低。
整个连接元件被设计为使用注射模塑成型方法制造的不带有子组件的塑料体是有利的。在这种实施例中,具体地,连接元件不具有金属插件或增强部件,并且因此可以使用注射模塑成型方法以便宜的方式对其整体进行制造。
在该方法的优选实施例中,附接元件(具体而言,一方面的连接元件和/或过滤器壳体)以及另一方面的箱壳体可以通过激光焊接、超声波焊接、旋转焊接或振动焊接的连接方法连接。对于连接元件和过滤器壳体两者都可以考虑激光焊接、超声波焊接和旋转焊接。振动焊接更适合于连接过滤器壳体。
可以设置成使得箱壳体的至少一个连接开口形成箱入口开口,并且箱壳体的至少一个第二连接开口形成箱出口开口。连接元件分别布置在至少一个箱入口开口处和至少一个箱出口开口处,所述连接元件可以采用可拆卸的方式连接到液压管线并且将其塑料体焊接到箱壳体。经由至少一个箱入口开口和布置在箱入口开口处并且焊接到箱壳体的连接元件,液压流体可以被供应到箱壳体,并且经由至少一个箱出口开口和布置在箱出口开口处并且焊接到箱壳体的连接元件,液压流体可以从箱壳体移除。连接元件可以设计成相同的。
具体地,连接元件可以通过注射模塑成型方法制造为单个塑料体,优选为没有金属子组件。
在本发明的有利实施例中,箱壳体通过液体旋转模塑成型方法由聚酰胺材料制造而成。
在优选实施例的情况下,箱壳体通过液体旋转模塑成型方法而由纤维增强的聚酰胺材料制造而成,特别是由玻璃纤维增强的聚酰胺材料制造而成。
连接元件的塑料体和附接元件优选地通过注射模塑成型方法而由纤维增强的塑料材料制造而成。具体地,可以设置成使得塑料体由纤维增强的聚酰胺材料制造而成,例如由玻璃纤维增强的聚酰胺材料制造而成。
连接元件形成管套接口是有利的,所述管套接口在外侧具有用于快速联接部件的接收结构,快速联接部件可以采用可拆卸的方式连接到液压管线。根据EP1653141A1,这种快速联接部件是本领域技术人员所公知的。利用该快速联结部件,液压管线可以非常容易地以液密方式连接到连接元件,而无需使用特殊工具。接收结构可以例如形成多个环形槽,这些环形槽相对于管套接口的纵向轴线而彼此间隔一定距离地布置,所述环形槽在圆周方向上围绕管套接口。可以采用可拆卸的方式连接到管套接口的快速联接部件可以相对于管套接口的纵向轴线而沿轴向方向设置于管套接口,其中快速联接部件具有外管部分和与外管部分以同轴方式取向的内管部分。外管部分可以附接到连接元件的管套接口,其中内管部分在密封环的中间层下伸入到管套接口中,该密封环置于管套接口的前侧。为了将快速联接部件轴向附接于管套接口,可以使用弹性可伸展的安全套环,该安全套环可以设置于垂直于管套接口的纵向轴线的外管部分,该安全套环在其内侧具有锁定元件。当将安全套环设置在外管部分时,锁定元件穿过外管部分的突破部并伸入到外管部分的环形槽。背离于外管部分和内管部分,快速联接部件具有连接配件,液压管线(例如液压软管)可连接到该连接配件。
连接元件形成具有布置在其外侧的接收结构的管套接口,使用该连接元件使得可以采用可拆卸的方式将连接元件连接到液压管线而无需使用特殊工具,并且没有高水平的机械应力(特别是高水平的扭矩)施加于连接元件。
将过滤器系统集成到箱壳体是特别有利的。过滤器系统可以被设计为例如吸滤器、回流管线过滤器或回流管线吸滤器。
在本发明特别优选的实施例中,箱壳体具有过滤器入口开口,该过滤器入口开口由箱壳体的边缘部分围绕,其中,在边缘部分附接有例如盘形过滤器壳体,该盘形过滤器壳体通过过滤器入口开口而插入到箱壳体中,该盘形过滤器壳体通过注射模塑成型方法而制造成塑料体。以有利的方式,这样的实施例可以通过将过滤器壳体经由过滤器入口开口而插入到箱壳体中并将其附接到箱壳体而使过滤器系统集成到箱壳体。可以在过滤器壳体中使用过滤液压流体的过滤器元件。过滤器壳体通过注射模塑成型方法而制造成塑料体。
优选地,过滤器壳体通过注射模塑成型方法而制造为单件式塑料体。
具体地,玻璃纤维增强的塑料材料可用于制造过滤器壳体。过滤器壳体可以通过过滤器入口开口而插入到箱壳体中,然后附接到围绕过滤器入口开口的箱壳体的边缘部分。
围绕过滤器入口开口的边缘部分优选被设计成布置在箱壳体内的支撑环。支撑环可以布置于伸入到箱壳体中的内壁。
在本发明的有利实施例中,将过滤器壳体焊接到围绕过滤器入口开口的边缘部分。在此,过滤器壳体不仅具有接收过滤器元件的功能,而且过滤器壳体还由于焊接而在过滤器入口开口区域中增加了箱壳体的机械稳定性。
在将过滤器元件插入到过滤器壳体中之后,可以通过盖子密封过滤器入口开口。有利的是,可以将盖子螺旋固定到箱壳体。
在本发明的有利实施例中,过滤器壳体由纤维增强的聚酰胺材料模制而成,特别是由玻璃纤维增强的聚酰胺材料模制而成。
箱壳体形成过滤器头部部件是有利的,该过滤器头部部件处布置有至少一个连接开口并且具有围绕过滤器入口开口的边缘部分。
在本发明的有利实施例中,至少一个箱入口开口形式的第一连接开口和至少一个箱出口开口形式的第二连接开口布置于过滤器头部部件。如上所述,连接元件具有通过注射模塑成型方法制造的塑料体并且被焊接到过滤器头部部件,所述连接元件分别布置在至少一个箱入口开口和至少一个箱出口开口。具体地,可以布置成将每个连接元件设计成通过注射模塑成型方法制造的单件式塑料体。
在本发明的有利实施例中,可以插入到过滤器壳体中的过滤器元件具有上端板和下端板,所述上端板和下端板在它们之间接收中空圆柱形过滤介质,其中上端板将过滤器头部部件的内部空间分成用于待过滤的液压流体的入口空间和用于经过滤的液压流体的出口空间,其中布置于过滤器头部部件的至少一个箱入口开口通到入口空间中,并且其中布置于过滤器头部部件的至少一个箱出口开口通到出口空间中。在这种实施例中,可以插入到过滤器壳体中的过滤器元件的上端板将过滤器头部部件的内部空间部分地分成入口空间和出口空间。入口空间流体连接到布置在过滤器头部部件的至少一个箱入口开口,并且出口空间流体连接到布置在过滤器头部部件的至少一个箱出口开口。液压流体可以穿过过滤器元件的过滤介质而从入口空间进入到出口空间中,其中,在过滤介质流动期间发生过滤。过滤器头部部件可以具有相对简单的几何形状,从而可以设计成例如圆柱形。过滤器头部部件形成通过液体旋转模塑成型方法制造的箱壳体的一部分。入口空间与出口空间之间所需的液密分离由过滤器元件的上端板承担实现。
在本发明的有利实施例中,过滤器元件的上端板形成横向于过滤器元件的纵向轴线取向的隔板,该隔板以液密方式邻接过滤器头部部件的内侧。邻接过滤器头部部件内侧的隔板的圆周边缘可以被设计成例如密封唇缘的形式。
在至少一个箱入口开口和至少一个箱出口开口布置在过滤器头部部件的情况下,如果至少一个箱入口开口和至少一个箱出口开口相对于过滤器元件的纵向轴线而布置在相同的高度处,则在提供尽可能紧凑的液压箱设计方面是有利的。
在本发明的有利实施例中,过滤器壳体在其伸入到箱壳体的端部部分处形成用于入口阀和/或出口阀的接收空间。经由出口阀,经过滤的液压流体可以从过滤器壳体进入到箱壳体的内部空间中,并且液压流体可以经由入口阀而从箱壳体的内部空间移除,其中液压流体随后经由过滤器壳体进入到布置在过滤器头部部件的箱出口开口。粗滤器(strainer element)元件也可以布置在接收空间中。借助于粗滤器元件,可以抑制过程杂质。
可以设置成使得过滤器壳体在其伸入到箱壳体中的端部部分处具有支撑底板,所述过滤器壳体具有出口开口,所述出口开口可以通过出口阀的出口阀元件密封,该出口阀元件弹性地弹簧加载在出口开口的方向上,其中,入口阀开口与出口开口类似,所述入口开口可以由入口阀的入口阀元件密封。与经由布置在过滤器头部部件的至少一个箱出口开口流出过滤器壳体的液压流体相比,如果经由布置在过滤器头部部件的至少一个箱入口开口流入到过滤器壳体中的液压流体更大量,则以这种方式可以在过滤器壳体中形成过压。如果过滤器壳体内的液压流体的主要压力超过规定的最大值(最大值可以是例如0.2巴或0.3巴),则通过克服作用于出口阀的弹簧加载的弹性恢复力而从过滤器壳体的出口开口抬起出口阀元件以打开出口阀,使得液压流体可以经由出口开口而流出过滤器壳体以进入到箱壳体的内部空间中。与经由布置在过滤器头部部件的至少一个箱入口开口流入过滤器壳体的液压流体相比,如果经由布置在过滤器头部部件的至少一个箱出口开口从过滤器壳体吸出的液压流体更大量,则可以在过滤器壳体内形成过压,在其作用下,将入口阀元件从入口开口抬起,从而释放入口开口,使得液压流体可以流出箱壳体的内部空间而经由入口开口流入到过滤器壳体中。
过滤器元件支撑在过滤器壳体的伸入到箱壳体中的端部部分处是有利的。在这种实施例中,在液压流体流动时作用在过滤器元件上的机械应力由过滤器壳体承受,该过滤器壳体优选地焊接到箱壳体。
在本发明的有利实施例中,为了增加箱壳体的机械稳定性,箱壳体形成至少一个横向部分,其从第一箱壳体壁延伸到相对的第二箱壳体壁,并且被设计成中空的。至少一个横向部分穿过箱壳体的内部空间并在两个相对的箱壳体壁之间形成单件式机械连接。这使得箱壳体具有特别高水平的机械稳定性。
有利地,箱壳体形成通风开口,在该通风开口处布置有通风过滤器。优选地,双向阀集成在通风过滤器中。通过集成的阀中的通风过滤器,当填充液压箱时,一旦超过液压箱内的规定最大压力,空气就会从箱壳体中逸出,并且在移除液压流体的情况下,空气可以经由通风过滤器和集成的阀而流入到箱壳体中。通过通风过滤器对进入的空气进行过滤。
优选地,管部分被保持,该管部分通过箱壳体的至少一个连接开口而伸入到箱壳体中。优选地,管部分穿过该连接开口。
管部分与焊接到箱壳体并且布置在连接开口处的连接元件对齐是有利的。液压箱可以通过管部分来填充流体。此外或可选地,可以设置成使得液压流体可以经由管部分而从箱壳体中移除。因此,管部分可以形成返回管线,液压流体可以通过该返回管线而流入箱壳体内,或者也可以形成吸出管线,液压流体可以通过该吸出管线而从箱壳体中移除。在这两种情况下,都可以实现简化的设计。
优选地,管部分保持于箱壳体的多个连接开口,所述连接开口分布于箱壳体。箱壳体伸入到箱壳体中并且可以移除和/或供应液压流体。
在根据本发明的液压箱的有利实施例中,布置在箱壳体内的管部分的区域被设计为保护性粗滤器,特别是被设计为圆柱形或锥形粗滤器。
将管部分焊接至箱壳体是有利的。
可以设置成使得箱壳体的连接开口形成水平台阶,伸入到箱壳体中的管部分在该台阶处邻接径向延伸部。在径向延伸部的区域中,管部分可以焊接到箱壳体。
管部分有利地通过注射模塑成型方法来制造。
优选地,管部分由纤维增强的塑料材料制造而成,特别是由玻璃纤维增强的塑料材料制造而成。例如,可以设置成使得管部分由纤维增强的聚酰胺材料制造而成,特别是由玻璃纤维增强的聚酰胺材料制造而成。
此外或可选地,可以设置成使得至少一个管部分由金属制成。
在本发明的方法的优选实施例中,为了集成过滤器系统,箱壳体通过液体旋转模塑成型方法而设计有过滤器头部部件,该过滤器头部部件具有至少一个连接开口,例如至少一个箱入口开口和/或至少一个箱出口开口,并围绕一个过滤器入口开口,并且例如盘形过滤器壳体优选地通过注射模塑成型方法制造为单件式塑料体,经由过滤器入口开口插入到箱壳体中并附接到围绕过滤器入口开口的过滤器头部部件的边缘部分,并且将过滤器元件插入到过滤器壳体中。因此,将过滤器壳体插入到箱壳体中,将过滤器元件插入到过滤器壳体中,以过滤液压流体。过滤器壳体设计为模块化组件,其通过注射模塑成型方法制造。类似于所使用的连接元件,过滤器壳体也可以便宜地制造更大的数量,并且可以用于各种箱壳体。
优选地,经由过滤器入口开口插入到箱壳体中的过滤器壳体有利地借助于激光束而焊接到围绕过滤器入口开口的边缘部分。过滤器壳体与边缘部分的焊接使得可以吸收轴向力,所述轴向力在液压流体流过时作用于位于过滤器壳体内的过滤器元件。

具体实施方式
在附图中,示意性地示出了根据本发明的液压箱的有利实施例,其总体用附图标记10来表示。通过液体旋转模塑成型方法来将液压箱10的箱壳体12制造为单件式塑料中空体,箱壳体12由聚酰胺材料制成,优选由纤维增强的聚酰胺材料制成。在所示的实施例中,箱壳体12主要是立方体,其包括底壁14、顶壁16、后壁18、前壁20、第一侧壁22和第二侧壁24,它们围绕箱壳体的内部空间26。
过滤器系统27集成到箱壳体12中,其在所示的实施例中形成回流管线吸滤器,将在下文中对此进行详细描述。可选地,也可以将过滤器系统27设计为回流管线过滤器或者吸滤器。这样的过滤器设计本身是本领域技术人员所公知的。
为了将过滤器系统27集成到箱壳体12中,在所示的实施例中,顶壁16由套环状外壁30和内壁32形成了主要为圆柱形的双壁过滤器头部部件28,所述套环状外壁30在远离底壁14的方向上向上对齐,所述内壁32伸入内部空间26,在其伸入内部空间26内的端部处以径向方式向内取向地形成支撑环34。过滤器头部部件28围绕过滤器入口开口36,并可以在密封环40的中间层下方利用盖子38而以液密方式进行密封。盖子38还具有外螺纹,该外螺纹可以螺旋固定到内壁32的互补设计的内壁。
经由过滤器入口开口36将盘形过滤器壳体46插入到箱壳体12的内部空间26,其中通过支撑凸缘47而将过滤器壳体26支撑于过滤器头部部件28的支撑环34。支撑环34形成箱壳体12的边缘部分,所述边缘部分沿圆周方向围绕过滤器入口开口36。
过滤器壳体46通过注射模塑成型方法而由纤维增强的聚酰胺材料制成,并利用激光束而在支撑环34的区域处焊接到箱壳体12。在所示的示例性实施例中,过滤器壳体46通过注射模塑成型方法而形成为单件式塑料体。
过滤器壳体46在其端部部分48处具有伸入到箱壳体12中的接收空间50,其接收出口阀52和入口阀54。在过滤器壳体46插入到箱壳体12中并焊接到箱壳体12之前,将出口阀52和入口阀54插入到接收空间50中。
出口阀52是出口阀元件56,其在图3所示的闭合位置处以液密方式来对出口开口58进行密封。出口开口58布置于过滤器壳体46的支撑壁60。通过复位弹簧62,出口阀元件56预加载于出口开口58的边缘。
入口阀54具有入口阀元件64,入口阀元件64在图3所示的闭合位置处密封出口阀元件56的中央入口开口68。
如果在过滤器壳体46内形成例如0.3巴的规定过压,则出口阀元件56克服复位弹簧62的弹簧加载弹性恢复力而从出口开口58抬起,从而释放流动路径,位于过滤器壳体46中的液压流体可以通过流动路径而经由出口开口58来从过滤器壳体46流入内部空间26。如果在过滤器壳体46内形成过压,则入口阀元件64从入口开口68抬起,从而使液压流体可以经由入口开口68而从内部空间26流入过滤器壳体46。
过滤器元件70经由过滤器入口开口36而插入到过滤器壳体46中,过滤器元件70具有一个下端板72、一个上端板74、以及设置在下端板72和上端板74之间的过滤介质76,所述过滤介质76在所示实施例中折叠成星形。过滤介质76形成为中空圆柱形。在下端板72处布置有旁通阀78。
上端板74形成有隔板82,隔板82取向为横向于过滤器元件70的纵向轴线80,隔板82在其圆周边缘处设计为密封唇缘84。密封唇缘84以液密方式位于过滤器头部部件28的内壁32的内侧,并且将由内壁32围绕的过滤器头部部件28的内部空间分成布置在隔板82上方的入口空间86和布置在隔板82下方的出口空间88。支撑托架90形成在端板72上并延伸到支撑托架90邻接的盖子38。过滤器元件70一方面支撑于过滤器壳体46的支撑壁60,另一方面由盖子38进行支撑。
箱壳体12具有多个连接开口,其中第一连接开口形成为布置于过滤器头部部件28的箱入口开口92,其通到入口空间86,其中第二连接开口形成为布置于过滤器头部部件28的箱出口开口94,其通到外部空间88。此外,过滤器头部部件28布置有另一个连接开口,该连接开口也形成为箱入口开口,并且在图中未示出。相对于过滤器元件70的纵向轴线80,箱入口开口和箱出口开口94布置在相同的高度。
液压流体可以经由箱入口开口而流入到入口空间86内。流入的液压流体经由上端板74的中央突破部96而到达过滤介质76,并且可以沿径向方向从内侧流到外侧而穿过中央突破部96,其中液压流体得到过滤。随后,可以经由出口空间88和箱出口开口94而将经过滤的液压流体从箱壳体12移除。如果过滤器壳体46内的经过滤的液压流体的压力超过例如0.3巴的上述最大压力,则出口阀52连通,经过滤的液压流体可以经由出口开口58而进入到箱壳体12的内部空间26内。如果在过滤器壳体46内形成负压,则液压流体可以经由入口开口68而从箱壳体12的内部空间26进入出口空间88,并经由箱出口开口94而流出箱壳体12。
在箱壳体12的外侧,第一连接元件100布置在箱入口开口92处,其形成为预制的模块化部件,并且优选地形成为预制的模块化组件的整体,通过注射模塑成型方法而将第一连接元件100制成为塑料体。在所示的示例性实施例中,第一连接元件被制造为没有金属子组件的单件式塑料体。连接元件100具有连接凸缘102,其通过激光而焊接到箱壳体12。第一连接元件100的管套接口104连接到连接凸缘102,连接凸缘102从箱壳体12向外凸起,并且在外侧形成接收结构106,接收结构106设计成多个环形槽108的形式。在所示的示例性实施例中,环形槽108沿圆周方向围绕管部分。另一个连接元件109布置在另一个箱入口开口处(图中未示出)并且被设计成与第一连接元件100相同。
第二连接元件110也被设计成与第一连接元件100相同,并且布置在箱出口开口94处。在所示的示例性实施例中,第二连接元件110也通过注射模塑成型方法而制造为没有金属子组件的单件式塑料体,并且通过激光束焊接到箱壳体12。
类似于第二连接元件110和另一个连接元件109,第一连接元件100可以通过快速联接部件112而以可拆卸的方式连接,而无需使用特殊工具。快速联接部件112具有外管部分114和与其同轴取向的内管部分116。借助于可弹性伸展的安全套环118,快速联接部件112可以连接到连接元件100或110。快速联接部件112形成单件式塑料模制成型部件。
在图3中,快速联接部件112设置于第一连接元件100的管套接口104,其中内管部分116伸入到管套接口104中,并且外管部分114围绕管部分。在将外管部分114设置于管部分后,可弹性伸展的安全套环118可以沿垂直于管套接口104的纵向轴线120取向的安装方向上设置于外管部分114,其中布置于安全套环118的锁定元件121在内侧穿过外管部分114的突破部,并伸入到环形槽108的一个中。以这种方式,快速联接部件112附接到管套接口104。管套接口104在其背离连接凸缘102的前侧上对密封环122进行支撑,以确保快速联接部件112以液密方式连接到管部分。
快速联接部件112具有背离管套接口104的连接配件124,液压管线(例如液压软管)可以连接到该连接配件124。
在距离过滤器头部部件28一定距离处,箱壳体12在顶壁16处具有第三连接开口126,管部分128穿过该第三连接开口126,管部分128伸入到管壳体12的内部空间26中,并且通过在管部分128端侧处的径向延伸部130而支撑于第三连接开口126的水平。在所示的示例性实施例中,管部分128通过注射模塑成型方法而制造为单件式塑料体,并且借助于激光束而在径向延伸部130的区域处焊接到箱壳体12。
第三连接元件132与管部分128齐平,该第三连接元件132布置在第三连接开口126处,该第三连接元件132设计成与前述连接元件100、109和110相同,并且该第三连接元件132还具有连接凸缘,该连接凸缘借助于激光束而焊接到箱壳体12。液压管线可以借助于快速联接部件112而以液密方式连接到第三连接元件132。
在第一侧壁22处,箱壳体12具有其他连接开口,连接元件134、136、138和140分别布置在该其他连接开口处。在所示的示例性实施例中,连接元件134、136、138和140通过注射模塑成型方法而制造为没有金属子组件的单件式塑料体,并且借助于激光束而焊接到箱壳体12。
此外,油位指示器142布置于第一侧壁22,用户可以在该油位指示器142处读取油位。
为了增加机械稳定性,箱壳体12形成有第一横向部分144以及布置为与第一横向部分144隔开一定距离的第二横向部分146,如图5所示的。两个横向部分144、146是中空的,并且从前壁20延伸到后壁18,从而使得箱壳体12具有高水平的机械稳定性。箱壳体12的另一个机械增强件由过滤器壳体46形成,如上所述,该过滤器壳体46焊接到箱壳体12。
为了对箱壳体12进行通风和排气,顶壁16形成有通风开口148,该通风开口处布置有通风过滤器150。双向阀(图中未示出)集成于通风过滤器150。

Claims (9)

1.一种用于制造由塑料制成的液压箱的方法,液压箱具有箱壳体(12)和至少一个附接元件,所述附接元件附接到箱壳体(12),其特征在于:
箱壳体(12)通过液体旋转模塑成型来制造或通过借助于液体旋转模塑成型制造的箱壳体(12)提供,其中在液体旋转模塑成型的情况下,将至少一种液体原材料引入到旋转工具中,旋转工具被设置成运动以将流体原材料分布到旋转工具中,并且在原材料固化之后将箱壳体(12)从模具脱出;
附接元件通过注射模塑成型来制造或通过借助于注射模塑成型来制造的附接元件提供;并且
将注射模塑成型的附接元件和通过液体旋转模塑成型而形成的箱壳体(12)进行连接。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:
附接元件(100、110、132、134、136、138、140)包括具有塑料体的连接元件,该连接元件能够连接到液压管线和/或过滤器壳体(46)。
3.根据权利要求2所述的方法,其特征在于:
附接元件(100、110、132、134、136、138、140)的塑料体在注射模塑成型期间被制造为单件式塑料体。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的方法,其特征在于:
完整的连接元件(100、110、132、134、136、138、140)被制造成没有金属子组件的塑料体。
5.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:
一方面的附接元件和另一方面的箱壳体(12)能够通过激光焊接、超声波焊接、旋转焊接或振动焊接的连接方法连接。
6.根据权利要求5所述的方法,其特征在于:
所述附接元件包括连接元件(100、110、132、134、136、138、140)和/或过滤器壳体(46)。
7.根据权利要求5或6所述的方法,其特征在于:
在液体旋转模塑成型的情况下,箱壳体(12)形成有过滤器头部部件(28),其具有至少一个连接开口(92、94)并围绕过滤器入口开口(36),其中注射模塑成型的过滤器壳体(46)经由过滤器入口开口(36)而插入到箱壳体(12)中,并连接到围绕过滤器入口开口(36)的过滤器头部部件(28)的边缘部分(48)。
8.根据权利要求7所述的方法,其特征在于:
过滤器壳体(46)激光焊接到围绕过滤器入口开口(36)的过滤器头部部件(28)的边缘部分(48)。
9.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其特征在于:
将液体原材料在多个步骤中引入到旋转工具。
