Claims (13)
- 燃料の受け取りあるいは分配のために、主にHDPE(高密度ポリエチレン)から構成され、部品(4)を流体路に接続する結合部材であって、
第1構成材(1)、第2構成材(2)、および主として溶解可能な材料を具備する第3構成材(3)とを有し、
第3構成材(3)は、燃料の受け取りまたは分配のための部品4の熱融合継ぎ手を形成するように構成され、燃料に関する好ましくない高い透過性および膨張容積を有し、
第3構成材(3)は、材料接着作用およびポジティブ−ロッキング作用の少なくとも1つによって第1構成材(1)に接続され、
第2構成材(2)は、燃料に関して第3構成材(3)より強力なブロック容量および第3構成材(3)より高い強度を有し、
第2構成材(2)の材料は、完全にまたはほとんど第3構成材(3)の材料に埋め込まれ、
第2および第3の構成材(2,3)の体積比率は、互いが、燃料透過性、強度、膨張による体積変化に関する第2および第3構成材(2,3)の組み合わされた特性が、概ね燃料透過性、強度、膨張による体積変化に関する第2構成材の特性であるように選択され、
第1および第3構成材(1,3)の材料は、互いに熱融合可能である結合部材。 - 第3構成材(3)の溶解可能な材料が熱可塑性材料である請求項1に記載の結合部材。
- 第1構成材(1)が、PA、POM、PBT、PEN、PET、PBN、PPS、PPA、PP、LCP、脂肪族ポリケトン、およびフッ素熱可塑性材料から成る群から選択された少なくとも1つを備える請求項1に記載の結合部材。
- 第2構成材(2)がEVOH、PBT、PEN、PET、PBN、POM、PA、PPS、PPA、LCP、脂肪族ポリケトン、およびフッ素熱可塑性材料または少なくとも金属あるいはガラスから成る群から選択された少なくとも1つを備える請求項1に記載の結合部材。
- 第3構成材(3)が、燃料の受け取りまたは分配のための部品(4)の材料に可溶性のあるポリオレフィンを備える請求項1に記載の結合部材。
- ポリオレフィンが、官能化されたポリオレフィンである請求項5に記載の結合部材。
- 第3構成材(3)内部における第2構成材の形状が、断面が燃料透過性である第3構成材(3)の断面の20%から100%が、第2構成材(2)によって覆われているように選択される請求項1に記載の結合部材。
- 第2および第3構成材(2,3)が輪状である請求項1に記載の結合部材。
- 第1構成材(1)が管状であり、第3構成材(3)によって囲繞される請求項8に記載の結合部材。
- 第1構成材(1)が、第3構成材(3)に結合するフランジ(6)を有する請求項9に記載の結合部材。
- 燃料ポンプのための、接続ソケット、バルブのハウジング、フィルソケット、締め付けフランジの少なくともひとつを形成する請求項1に記載の結合部材。
- 第1構成材(1)、第2構成材(2)、および主として溶解性材料を含んだ第3構成材(3)を有する結合部材の製造方法であって、;第3構成材(3)は燃料の受け取りまたは燃料の分配のための部品(4)に熱融合接合部を形成するように形状が決められており、燃料に対して、望ましくない高い透過性と膨張容積を有し、;第3構成材(3)は第1構成材(1)に、接着作用のある材料およびポジティブ−ロッキング作用の少なくとも1つによって、接続され、;第2構成材(2)は燃料に関して第3構成材(3)よりもブロック容量が大きく、強度があり、;第2構成材(2)の材料は第3構成材の材料中に完全にまたはほとんど埋め込まれ、;第2および第3の構成材(2,3)の互いに対する体積比率は第2および第3の構成材(2,3)の、燃料透過性、強度、および膨張による体積変化に関する、組み合わされた特性が、燃料透過性、強度、膨張による体積変化に関し、概ね第2構成材(2)の特性であるように選択され、;第1および第3構成材(1,3)の材料は互いに熱可融性であり、第2構成材(2)の材料を第3構成材(3)の静止した形成可能なコアへ注入するステップと;第1構成材(1)形成時に第3構成材(3)を第1構成材(1)の材料中に部分的に埋め込むステップと、を備える結合部材を製造する方法。
- 第2構成材(2)の材料の処理温度を第3構成材(3)の材料の分解温度よりも低い温度であるように選択するステップを含む、請求項12に記載の方法。
