Claims (6)
- 真空インタラプタにおいて、
固定電極と、
前記固定電極に結合される固定接点と、
前記固定接点に接触する位置と前記固定接点から分離される位置とに移動可能な可動接点と、
前記可動接点に結合されて前記可動接点を支持し、前記可動接点と共に移動可能な可動電極と、
前記固定接点及び前記可動接点を内部に収容し、上部と下部が開放されたセラミック容器と、
前記固定電極側に設置され、前記固定電極が貫通する中央貫通口を有する固定側蓋板と、
前記セラミック容器と前記固定側蓋板との間を密閉するように接続され、垂直部と、前記垂直部に対して直角に折り曲げられた水平部と、を有する固定側シールカップと、
前記可動電極側に設置され、前記可動電極が軸方向に移動できるように前記可動電極の外径より大きい直径の中央貫通口を有する可動側蓋板と、
前記セラミック容器と前記可動側蓋板との間を密閉するように接続される可動側シールカップと、
前記可動側蓋板と前記可動電極に両端部がそれぞれ接続されて前記可動側蓋板と前記可動電極との間を密閉し、前記可動電極の軸方向移動によって伸張又は収縮可能な蛇腹管と、
前記セラミック容器と前記固定接点及び前記可動接点との間に固定される中央アーク遮蔽板と、を有し、
前記真空インタラプタは、前記固定側シールカップの前記水平部から前記水平部に対して垂直方向に突設され、前記中央アーク遮蔽板が半径方向に位置合わせされて設置されるように案内する突出案内部をさらに含むことを特徴とする真空インタラプタ。 - 前記突出案内部は、1つの円形の突出案内部で構成される、請求項1に記載の真空インタラプタ。
- 前記突出案内部は、1つの円周に沿って形成される複数の円弧状の突出案内部で構成される、請求項1に記載の真空インタラプタ。
- 前記突出案内部は、1つの円周に沿って形成される複数の突起案内部で構成される、請求項1に記載の真空インタラプタ。
- 1つの円形の突出案内部の直径、又は複数の円弧状の突出案内部が形成する1つの円周の直径は、前記中央アーク遮蔽板の内部に圧入可能に、前記中央アーク遮蔽板の内径に対応するように決定される、請求項2または3に記載の真空インタラプタ。
- 前記突出案内部は、プレスによりエンボス形成された突出案内部である、請求項1乃至5のいずれか一項に記載の真空インタラプタ。
