Description
本発明は、電気化学発生器の分野、より厳密には蓄電池のそれに関するものである。
亜鉛陰極は長い間、その高い性能のために当業者の関心をひいてきた。それは、様々な二次的電気化学システム:亜鉛−空気、ニッケル−亜鉛、銀−亜鉛、臭素−亜鉛、塩素−亜鉛発生器において実施された。
・とくに亜鉛酸塩の溶解性を限定するための、電解質または陰極活性物質に加えられている添加剤の使用;
・樹脂状結晶の形成を減少させることおよび粉末状付着(電解質および/または亜鉛陰極の分散した形での循環)を避けることを目指す力学的方法の使用;
・充電のパラメータ(強度、電圧、…)の制御、パルス電流の使用;
・さらにまたは、樹脂状結晶の圧力の結果を遅らせるための、樹脂状結晶の形成に耐える、とくに多孔性または交換膜タイプの隔離板の使用
これらの様々な技術は個々にまたは組み合わせて実施することができる。
・質量および容積の高性能;
・現在のアルカリ性二次的システムの他のタイプに比較してわずかなコスト;
・毒性がないこと。
本発明の目的は、幅広い範囲の作動状態における数百の充放電サイクルの実現を可能にする、均質で樹脂状結晶ではない付着を獲得することによって、亜鉛陰極の再充電に対して、新しく、独創的で満足のできる答えをもたらすことである。
以下の説明によって、本発明の非限定的な、本発明の実施をより良く理解することができるであろう。
・酸化亜鉛の粉末
・二次的コレクタを形成する伝導性粒子
・プラスチック加工剤
・懸濁剤
再充電の亜鉛の付着が行われる面積を最大化するために、見かけ面積に対して大きな展開面積を有する酸化亜鉛粉末を選択することが有利に思われる。
本発明によると、幅広い範囲の作動状態における数百の充放電サイクルの実現を可能にする、均質で樹脂状結晶ではない付着を獲得することによって、亜鉛陰極の再充電に対して、充電のパーコレーションの改善によって活性物質の使用を増加させ、充電−放電の収量を増加させることができる。
Claims (1)
- 亜鉛陰極のアルカリ性二次的電気化学発生器であって、
亜鉛陰極の活物質が、電気的に伝導性で発生器内において化学的に不活性であり、強い水素発散過電圧の材料の細かい粉末の分散を封じ込め、
該活物質内に分散された伝導性の細かい粉末が、伝導性セラミックであり、少なくとも部分的に、
窒化および/または炭化ハフニウム、および/または炭化および/または窒化および/またはケイ化マグネシウム、および/または炭化および/または窒化ニオブ、および/または炭化および/または窒化および/またはケイ化チタン、および/または窒化バナジウム、あるいは、ハフニウム、マグネシウム、ニオブ、チタンまたはバナジウムの中のいずれか2つの金属の二重の炭化物または窒化物から構成され、又は、
nが4から10の間に含まれるときの、一般式TinO2n-1の亜酸化チタンから構成され、
伝導性の細かい粉末が、本質的に10ミクロン未満の粒度を有することを特徴とする、亜鉛陰極のアルカリ性二次的電気化学発生器。
