タッチ式容量Cvの容量値はそれに加える外力の大きさによって変化し、検知回路210の第二トランジスター212の出力電流Idsも容量値によって変化する。したがって、積分回路1082の出力Voutは外力の大きさによって決められる。積分回路1082を決定ユニット1086に接続すれば、決定ユニット1086は各積分回路1082の出力電圧Voutに基づき、押圧点の座標と加えられた外力の大きさを判断できる。

Claims (8)
- データ信号電圧を生成するソースドライバーと、スキャン信号を生成するゲートドライバーと、マトリックス型に配列される複数の画素ユニットと、複数の画素ユニットにそれぞれ電気的に接続される複数の検知回路と、複数の検知回路に結合され、複数の検知回路に出力された動的電流を比較して動的電流の発信元を判断する判断ユニットとを含む液晶表示器において、該複数の画素ユニットはいずれも、スキャン信号によりオンにされるときにデータ信号電圧を導通させるスイッチトランジスターと、データ信号電圧に基づいて複数の液晶分子の配列を調整する液晶容量とを含み、該複数の検知回路はいずれも、固定電圧端に結合され、制御信号電圧によりオンにされるときに固定電圧端による固定電圧を導通させる第一トランジスターと、第一トランジスターに結合され、動的電圧を生成する感知ユニットと、感知ユニットに結合され、スキャン信号によりオンにされるときに前記感知ユニットによる動的電圧に基づいて動的電流を生成する第二トランジスターとを含み、前記検知回路の前記第二トランジスターは、この検知回路に電気的に接続される前記画素ユニットの前記スイッチトランジスターをオンにするスキャン信号によりオンにされることを特徴とする液晶表示器。
- 前記感知ユニットは可変容量であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記可変容量はその容量値の変化に基づき、対応する動的電圧を生成することを特徴とする請求項2記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記可変容量は両端が第一トランジスターと共通電圧端にそれぞれ接続されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記制御信号電圧は、ゲートドライバーが次の列に印加するスキャン信号であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記液晶表示器は更に、第一トランジスターの制御端に結合され、制御信号電圧を生成して第一トランジスターに送信する制御信号発生器を含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記第二トランジスターの第一端は前記判断ユニットに結合され、第二トランジスターの第二端は感知ユニットと第一トランジスターに結合され、第二トランジスターの制御端はスイッチトランジスターの制御端に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記判断ユニットは、感知電流に基づいて感知電圧を出力する複数の積分回路と、積分回路に出力された感知電圧を比較して動的電流の発信元を判断する決定ユニットとを含むことを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示器。
