Description

タッチ式容量Cvの容量値はそれに加える外力の大きさによって変化し、検知回路210の第二トランジスター212の出力電流Idsも容量値によって変化する。したがって、積分回路1082の出力Voutは外力の大きさによって決められる。積分回路1082を決定ユニット1086に接続すれば、決定ユニット1086は各積分回路1082の出力電圧Voutに基づき、押圧点の座標と加えられた外力の大きさを判断できる。

Claims (8)
- データ信号電圧を生成するソースドライバーと、スキャン信号を生成するゲートドライバーと、マトリックス型に配列される複数の画素ユニットと、複数の画素ユニットにそれぞれ電気的に接続される複数の検知回路と、複数の検知回路に結合され、複数の検知回路に出力された動的電流を比較して動的電流の発信元を判断する判断ユニットとを含む液晶表示器において、該複数の画素ユニットはいずれも、スキャン信号によりオンにされるときにデータ信号電圧を導通させるスイッチトランジスターと、複数の液晶分子を包含し、スイッチトランジスターに結合される一端と、共通電圧端に結合されるその他の一端を有し、データ信号電圧に基づいて複数の液晶分子の配列を調整する液晶容量とを含み、該複数の検知回路はいずれも、固定電圧端に結合され、制御信号によりオンにされるときに固定電圧端による所定の固定電圧を導通させる第一トランジスターと、第一トランジスターに結合され、動的電圧を生成する感知ユニットと、感知ユニットに結合され、動的電圧に基づいて動的電流を生成する第二トランジスターと、第二トランジスターに結合され、オンにされるときに動的電流を導通させる第三トランジスターとを含み、
前記制御信号は、前記スキャン信号であり、
前記第三トランジスターは、前記制御信号である前記スキャン信号とは異なる前記スキャン信号によりオンにされることを特徴とする液晶表示器。 - 前記感知ユニットは可変容量であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記感知ユニットは容量値の変化に基づき、対応する動的電圧を生成することを特徴とする請求項2記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記感知ユニットは両端が第一トランジスターと共通電圧端にそれぞれ接続されることを特徴とする請求項3記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記制御信号は、ゲートドライバーが次の列に印加するスキャン信号であることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記第二トランジスターの第一端は第三トランジスターの第二端に結合され、第二トランジスターの第二端は共通電圧端に結合され、第二トランジスターの制御端は感知ユニットに結合されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記判断ユニットは、感知電流に基づいて感知電圧を出力する複数の積分回路と、積分回路に出力された感知電圧を比較して動的電流の発信元を判断する決定ユニットとを含むことを特徴とする請求項6記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記第三トランジスターの制御端はスイッチトランジスターの制御端に結合されることを特徴とする請求項1記載の液晶表示器。
