Claims (11)
- 光を発する光源と、第一基板と、第一基板と平行して向かい合っている第二基板と、第一基板と第二基板の間に設けられる複数の画素ユニットとを含む液晶表示器において、前記複数の画素ユニットはいずれも、第一基板に配置され、光源の光を反射する光反射素子と、第二基板に形成され、光反射素子で反射された光に基づいて、感光パラメータを出力する感光素子とを含み、第一基板において外力がかけられる位置は、感光素子から出力される感光パラメータの変化を検出することにより判断されることを特徴とする液晶表示器。
- 前記液晶表示器は、更に、感光素子から出力される感光パラメータを受信する判断ユニットを含むことを特徴とする前記請求項1に記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記判断ユニットは、更に、感光パラメータに基づいて各々感光電圧を出力する複数の積分回路と、前記複数の積分回路の感光電圧を比較し、感光電圧のソースを判断する決定ユニットとを含むことを特徴とする前記請求項2に記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記各光反射素子は第一基板から突き出ており、複数の感光素子と1対1で向かい合っていることを特徴とする前記請求項1に記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記各感光素子は、光反射素子で反射される光の強度に基づいて、感光パラメータを生成する光トランジスタであることを特徴とする請求項1に記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記液晶表示器は、更に、各々第二基板に配置されて複数の感光素子と1対1で結合され、感光パラメータを判断ユニットに送信する複数のトランジスタを含むことを特徴とする前記請求項1に記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記液晶表示器は、更に、複数の感光素子と向かい合っていないように第一基板に形成され、光源から発せられる光を遮蔽するブラックマトリックス層を含むことを特徴とする前記請求項1に記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記各光反射素子は、第一基板から突き出ており、複数の感光素子と1対1で向かい合っていることを特徴とする前記請求項7に記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記各感光素子は、光反射素子で反射される光の強度に基づいて、感光パラメータを生成する光トランジスタであることを特徴とする請求項7に記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記判断ユニットは、更に、感光パラメータに基づいて、各感光電圧を出力する複数の積分回路と、複数の積分回路の感光電圧を比較し、感光電圧のソースを判断する決定ユニットとを含むことを特徴とする前記請求項9に記載の液晶表示器。
- 前記第一基板と第二基板は透明基板であることを特徴する前記請求項9に記載の液晶表示器。
