Claims (3)
- Coを主成分とする第1の層と、PtとPdで構成される第2の層とがくり返し積層された人工格子膜を記録層とする熱アシスト磁気記録媒体において、
基板上に接着層を介して第1の軟磁性層が形成され、前記第1の軟磁性層の上に非磁性中間層を介して第2の軟磁性層が形成され、前記第2の軟磁性層の上に中間層を介して結晶配向性制御中間層が形成され、前記結晶配向性制中間層の上に前記記録層が形成され、かつ、前記第2の層に含まれるPdの濃度が20〜40at.%である
ことを特徴とする熱アシスト磁気記録媒体。 - Coを主成分とする第1の層と、PtとPdを主成分とする第2の層とがくり返し積層された人工格子膜を記録層とする熱アシスト磁気記録媒体において、
前記第2の層がPt−Pd合金とPtの積層であり、前記Pt−Pd合金に含まれるPdの濃度が20〜40at.%である
ことを特徴とする熱アシスト磁気記録媒体。 - 請求項2記載の熱アシスト磁気記録媒体において、
基板上に接着層を介して第1の軟磁性層が形成され、前記第1の軟磁性層の上に非磁性中間層を介して第2の軟磁性層が形成され、前記第2の軟磁性層の上に中間層を介して結晶配向性制御中間層が形成され、前記結晶配向性制中間層の上に前記記録層が形成されていることを特徴とする熱アシスト磁気記録媒体。
