Claims (8)
- 少なくとも一端部が開口した外側継手部材と、前記外側継手部材との間でトルク伝達部材を介して角度変位を許容しながらトルクを伝達する内側継手部材とを備え、前記外側継手部材の開口部を閉塞するブーツの端部を、前記内側継手部材から延びるシャフトに装着した等速自在継手であって、
前記ブーツの内外を連通する通気溝を前記ブーツの端部内周面でブーツバンドによる固定部位に設けると共に、前記シャフトの外周面と当接するリップ部を前記ブーツバンドによる固定部位から離隔して前記通気溝よりも軸方向内側に形成し、前記リップ部のシャフト当接部位に、少なくとも一つ以上の通気孔を設けたことを特徴とする等速自在継手。 - 前記通気溝は、シャフトの軸方向に沿って形成された直線形状をなす請求項1に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記通気溝は、シャフトの軸方向に沿って形成された内側溝部と、その内側溝部に連続してシャフトの周方向に沿って形成された中間溝部と、その中間溝部に連続してシャフトの軸方向に沿って形成された外側溝部とで構成された屈曲形状をなす請求項1に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記内側溝部の内側開口部と外側溝部の外側開口部とをシャフトの周方向で180°ずらした位相に形成した請求項3に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記リップ部の通気孔と前記通気溝の内側開口部とをシャフトの周方向で異なる位相に形成した請求項1〜4のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記リップ部の通気孔と前記通気溝の内側開口部とをシャフトの周方向で180°ずらした位相に形成した請求項5に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記通気溝の外側開口部に多孔質部材を配設した請求項1〜6のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手。
- 前記外側継手部材は、円筒状内周面に軸方向に延びる直線状トラック溝が円周方向複数箇所に形成され、前記内側継手部材は、外側継手部材のトラック溝と対をなして球面状外周面に直線状トラック溝が円周方向複数箇所に形成され、前記トルク伝達部材は、外側継手部材の円筒状内周面と内側継手部材の球面状外周面との間に配されたケージにより保持された状態で、前記外側継手部材のトラック溝と前記内側継手部材のトラック溝との間に介在するボールである請求項1〜7のいずれか一項に記載の等速自在継手。
